位置近主街和火車站，但是周邊吃飯和交通都不方便。房間設施陳舊，無線網絡要找前台要路由器，座椅也是壞的，預約觀鯨也約不上。酒店餐飲很貴，淋浴也不好用。

They are cheating the customers. Not providing breakfast option. aftr booking room with breakfast option online. They deney breakfast at hotel but took money for breakfast also. Its fraud hotel cheating customers shame on villa Hotel owner & management

Very well hospitality and foods , I like there foods and the room quality . We have a plan to check out in next day but there hospitality should not check out of us in a one day however we have best experience

Good place to stay and eenjoy. Hospitality is best . Food are the lovely taste. I should not review any hotels but this one is suprised me that is reason why i review this marvelous place. Thank for the best services villa hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most incredible stay at Trincomalee Villa Hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, offering comfort and a stunning view of the surroundings. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly impressed me. The impeccable service provided by the staff made my stay even more memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And the food! Oh, the food was an absolute delight. From traditional dishes to international cuisine, every meal was a culinary masterpiece. This hotel truly knows how to create an unforgettable experience for their guests. I can't wait to return to Trincomalee Villa Hotel for another exceptional stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Villa Hotel in Trincomalee. The breathtaking lagoon view from the hotel is simply mesmerizing; it felt like I was in a paradise. The service truly stood out. The staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The experience at the Vill hotel was great! The outside structure and seaview are beautiful, the room size is great. The highlight is the exquisite service of the entire team. At the front office I want to thank the manager Karthika and all the attention to detail. In the restaurant everything I ordered was delicious and I was surprised by the excellent service and professionalism of chef kugan, he prepared the best currys of the trip and also stuwert Rukmal, who was very attentive and helpful. I loved the hotel and the staff! Congratulations

Would give it a zero if I could because of the lady (Hotel Manager) that checks my family in has a very bad attitude and she's very rude. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever & disgusting.
