Hotels in Bintan met Wifi

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

Gelegen aan het strand van Bintan Island. Het is net geopend, er zijn niet veel mensen en het is er heerlijk ontspannen. Aan zee ligt Indigo, en een paar rijen verderop ligt Holiday Inn, in dezelfde buurt. Vakantiegangers kunnen ook gebruikmaken van het strandzwembad en andere faciliteiten. De kamerfaciliteiten en hygiëne zijn zeer goed. De toiletartikelen zijn van het Balinese merk SENTATIA, met essentiële oliën, en ruiken erg lekker. Ik hoop dat het resorthotel deze week niet uit eten gaat. Het restaurant in het hotel is bij het zwembad gebouwd. Het is erg mooi en het eten is goedkoop. Een eenvoudige maaltijd voor een gezin kost ongeveer RMB 200 tot 300. Het is duurder om drankjes bij het zwembad te bestellen. Een glas alcoholische drank plus belasting en servicekosten kost ongeveer RMB 100. Het enige vermaak is het zwembad en de sportschool. Kortom, het is geschikt om te ontspannen. Het is prima om er twee of drie dagen te verblijven, maar langer kan niet. Tot slot is de gratis pendelbus naar de pier erg goed.

Absoluut ongelooflijk hotelervaring! Fantastische kamer met balkon over de Singapore Strait. Verschillende activiteiten kunt u doen, van eco golf tot vissen en een filmnacht geprojecteerd aan de zijkant van het schip. De tour was uitstekend en het personeel was geweldig. Ik huurde een motorfiets via de receptie zodat ik het eiland kon ontdekken - alle waren zeer goed georganiseerd, alhoewel 3x duurder dan Thailand, Vietnam, enz. Het restaurant heeft een beperkt menu, tenzij u blij bent met lokale, voornamelijk zeevruchten gerechten met een paar westerse opties en pizza. De dranken zijn al duur, dan voegen ze nog eens 21% dienst en belasting toe, aanzienlijk hoger dan wat u zou betalen in soortgelijke SE-Aziatische landen, maar ik hoorde dat Bintan typisch is. Koop uw drankjes van de convenience winkel in de ferry terminal - 4x goedkoper dan het hotel bar restaurant. Maar ze zeiden dat hun winst wordt gegeven aan de chariteit. Over het geheel genomen, had ik een ongelooflijke verblijf hier, uitstekende waarde, uitstekende locatie als u wilt koelen of het eiland te ontdekken (niet geschikt voor wandelen) of gewoon ontspannen door het prachtige onbegrensde zwembad over de oceaan. Uiterst aanbevolen, zal 100% terug en geen behoefte om naar een ander hotel op Bintan te kijken!

I stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 October and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only shortcoming was on the first night when I noticed that the bedsheet had some stains. However, the housekeeping team responded promptly and replaced it with a fresh set immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Our stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

We genoten echt onze verblijf in het Natra Resort. Het personeel was echt vriendelijk en welkom.We werden altijd gegroet met warme glimlachen, wat een groot verschil maakte. Het complimentaire buffet ontbijt was een geweldige bonus. Voedsel en spa-diensten zijn aan de prijszijde, maar het resort is volledig zelfbeheersbaar, dus je hoeft niet ergens anders heen te gaan. Complimentaire bugs rond het resort waren zeer handig en bieden ook activiteiten, spapakketten en taxidiensten. Over het geheel genomen hadden we een ontspannen en leuk verblijf en zouden zeker terugkeren.

Grand Lagoi biedt bij aankomst en vertrek een gratis pendeldienst. Hoewel Grand Lagoi naast Plaza Lagoi ligt, heeft Plaza Lagoi niets te bieden, aangezien alle huurders (helaas) al gesloten zijn. Als u zich niet buiten het hotel begeeft, blijft er dus een beperkt aantal eetgelegenheden over. Anders zijn de kamers schoon en ruim. Bedden zijn oké, maar over het algemeen nog steeds goed. Service is ook goed. Familie en ik verbleven hier 2 nachten en ik denk dat dit al het maximale aantal dagen is :)

Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang!
