"Omdat ik alleen reisde, boekte ik een eenpersoonskamer voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen, hoewel de keuze niet uitgebreid was, maar het was nog steeds prima. Er was ook een koffiezetapparaat, wat geweldig was voor een kopje koffie 's ochtends.
Hoewel de kamer klein was, was hij erg schoon en had hij een bad. De shampoo en douchegel waren van gerenommeerde merken zoals Ebirun, dus de algehele ervaring was prettig.
Het enige nadeel was dat het gemeenschappelijke zwembad niet bijzonder schoon was en dat er niemand toezicht hield."

We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries.

"The hotel is honestly overrated. Although it’s quite comfortable I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew they didn’t have hot springs inside, although it’s mentioned in description.
Check in process was all online and quite smooth if you do it beforehand, it was convenient that you can leave your luggage before actual check in and after.
The location is quite distant from train station , if you plan to move around a lot you’d better find a better option. Overall it was good experience but it seemed to me you can get more for this price in other hotels.
And be prepared, your room might face inner garden (another building- which makes it a choice to have inner lights or face other windows right out of your bed)"

The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was good but could have more variety or change breakfast sets for people who stayed longer. Overall, a very good hotel with good location and walking distance to good food and bakeries.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

We chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest.
The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional.
Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping.
Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!

The location is very convenient, but the bed was a bit too firm and not very comfortable to sleep on. The overall style of the hotel is relaxing, and it’s great that you can enjoy the hot spring as well. The service was good, and the breakfast was decent. Everything was nice — it would be perfect if the bed were softer.

Voor deze prijs is dit hotel een absolute aanrader. De locatie is gunstig, met supermarkten, restaurants, drogisterijen, souvenirwinkels (zoals Yi Shun Xuan), het Tangweigou-warmwaterbronnenpark en een markt op de begane grond. Station Jiaoxi ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten loopafstand.
We waren tevreden over de netheid van de kamer en de service. De tweepersoonskamer was ruim, met twee extra grote tweepersoonsbedden, genoeg voor twee personen, en zeer comfortabel. Verwacht niet te veel van de welkomstdrankjes en -hapjes. We hadden ook een medewerker die Kantonees sprak en erg behulpzaam was; hartelijk dank aan haar.

Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.

First of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
