We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of victory harbour . Moreover, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their warm and accommodating nature made me feel right at home.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! This location is convenient for traveling, K11 is nearby, and the Mirador Building is across the road, which is convenient for buying ”Jenny Cookies”. I will stay here next time!

We had the best stay here at Wing Lee. Ching, the lady in charge, was very accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic! The room is clean, and she changes the towels everyday. Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. The starting point of the competition is right downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is only one step away from Victoria Avenue of Stars, Harbor City Shopping Mall and the subway station. This location, this price, the room is very nice. My aunt kept the house clean and I was quite satisfied with my stay. If I have the opportunity to run a marathon again in the future, I will choose Huatai Hotel. Thanks to the housekeeper for taking care of me these two days! Thanks also to the boss for the warm hospitality! 🙏🙏🙏

The famous Chungking Mansions feels better than before. In Hong Kong, where land is at a premium, living in the city center is affordable at this price! But there are really many people on holidays! Mainly this place...it's not far from the MTR station, Harbor City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and West Kowloon High Speed ​​Rail Station. PS: As a reminder, for those who have never stayed in Chungking Mansions, it is recommended to choose a hotel on the lower floors of Building BC. There are too many people in Building A, and there are always queues for the elevators. Building BC is relatively cheaper, and those on lower floors can take the stairs...

This is by far the best hotel I've booked in Hong Kong. It offers great value for the price, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. What sets it apart is its focus on catering to both travel-conscious individuals and families, providing fully equipped kitchens with utensils and appliances such as ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and electric stoves. The staff is incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. We were pleasantly surprised to receive three bottles of water daily, and when we faced an emergency with our baby, the lady staff member whose shift is at night provided us with an exceptional support. She truly went above and beyond. More blessings to her.
