We are family of 9 so we booked two rooms for four persons each plus we have one baby. The room is small but spacious enough for us to move freely. I think hotels in HongKong are all small. Well the most important thing is the room is clean. They have free water too.
Elevators are only two and too small.. near jollibee and 7 eleven and mcdo and restaurants
Location is in Tsim Sha Tsui, literally near MTR. Just 2 mins walk, very convenient if you have kids.
Convenient also because of bus rides. Specially bus going to HK airport.
I suggest to download wechat to communicate with the owner and to check in in the hotel.. They cant speak English.

The location for this hotel is superb! One minute walk from the MTR station or the Airport Bus stop and lots of eateries around. The accommodations was clean, with all basic amenities provided. Please note that this hotel is best suited for Mandarin speakers as you communicate with staff in Mandarin on Wechat. That said, the staff were always prompt and helpful when I had questions.

Honestly this accommodation is very convenient, tsim sha tsui mtr come out cross a road then u can reach there, the room extreme small, but is ok for this price

The location was great. Nearest to bus,mtr ,malls ,and convenient stores. Small room yet clean.contactless check in and out.ill be staying here again to our nxt travel.

Overall, room was okay. Not big and not too small. We have 2 medium luggage and a stroller. Not much walking space but good enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. We love the area, especially MTR is just a step's away. We communicated via whatsapp. We have to google translate because they dont speak English.

Location very convenient, right at A1 exit tsimshajui mtr. Room is small as expected but clean, provided bottle water every day, cleaning daily. Walking distance to Bakehouse, 麦奀云吞面，池记云吞面, 九龙公园

small rooms but clean and convenient. The toilet was clean and new. With this reasonable price I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Basic room, basic cleanliness, quick response from customer service via WeChat. I give 10 stars for location and overall stay was satisfactory. The window room is better with TST street view. If I ever travel to HK for budget or quick trip, I will come again.
