"Het hotel is prachtig en heeft een ondergeschikte chic. Kamers waren goed ontworpen, schoon en koel, en een uitzicht op het strand over de straat vanuit de kamer en de hammock op het balkon was zo mooi. boven en boven was Andrés de chef ... hij heeft een privé-saplessenles met me gedaan en me naar huis gestuurd met bijna een liter vacuüm verpakt salsa Habanero... Yosnier en Erismey maakten de ingebedde ontbijtconversatie interessant, en het front desk van Joanna en Cynthia waren zeer handig."

"We were disappointed. Our water tank was broken when we arrived and wasn't replaced. The electrical outlet was also broken, so we had to pull out our refrigerator to turn on the coffee maker. But we couldn't make coffee because there was no water... the room was a bit flooded by the rain, but no one came to ask if everything was alright. We had to use our towels to mop, and they didn't replace them. Most of the time, no one was there either. Breakfast was probably good in their restaurant, but at the hotel it was subpar. We found everyone serving margarine from the same container rather peculiar. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. The location was great, though! And the owner was friendly."

"Het was nieuw en heel schoon. Het personeel was allemaal erg vriendelijk en het was een prachtig hotel. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk. Het was jammer dat er maar een klein straaltje warm water uit de douche kwam, maar aangezien het een klein eiland is, is dat waarschijnlijk onvermijdelijk. De temperatuur was niet laag, dus het water was niet koud tijdens het douchen... Al met al was ik zeer tevreden!"

"Expensive compared to the room; it looks nice but it isn't. The room is charmless, very basic, and doesn't even have any furniture. The mattress is on a cement base, and there's not even a table, chair, or armchair to hang clothes on. They invested as little as possible in the room and the hotel. Only two rooms have an ocean view. The restaurant is pleasant, a bit pricey, and the food is good. It's nice and right on the beach. I don't recommend it for families with children because there's no space for them to play. It's a quiet, small place. There's a terrace with a pool and a nice view."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Villas Caracol. The location is perfect, right on the beach yet still feels quiet and tucked away. Our room was very comfortable and clean and provided easy access to the pool, restaurant and beach. Our kids loved the pool and it never felt crowded. We enjoyed delicious food and cocktails in the restaurant and were just steps from the most gorgeous beach. It was truly 10/10! To top it off, every member of the staff could not have been friendlier. We highly recommend Villas Caracol and can’t wait to go back!"
