The whole experience of this stay was full, the overall environment of the hotel was clean and elegant, and the public areas were well maintained. The interior facilities of the guest rooms are complete, the appliances are running normally, the wall floor is clean and stainless, and the bedding is dry and damp. The water pressure in the bathroom is stable, the toiletries are fully equipped, and it is very convenient for daily use. The staff service is proactive and caring. From check-in consultation to check-out, it is smooth, the location is excellent, and the traffic is in all directions. It is suitable for short trips or long-term temporary stays. I really recommend it to friends who travel.

**Awesome stay experience, highly recommended! ** This stay at your hotel really made me very satisfied! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, the check-in was quick and efficient, and the room type was upgraded intimately, which surprised me. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were all available, especially the water pressure and temperature adjustment of the shower were very powerful, washing away the fatigue of the day. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, the surrounding food and shopping are all available, and travel is very convenient. Special praise is room service, responsive and detailed. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Overall, this stay experience far exceeded expectations, and I will definitely choose here again next time I travel or travel! **5 stars praise, it is recommended! **🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

值得推薦，無論是衞生環境還是其他方面，阿姨的服務熱情周到，給我們提供了諸多方便。將來再到撫順，肯定還是我們的首選。

Very sophisticated hotel. The elevator needs a little work, though. We met a very good friend (a housekeeping staff member). And the front desk are always willing to assist with anything you need. Also, the robot never gets tired of serving you with deliveries. I'll come here again

Our recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience. The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work. For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days . Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.
