"Geliefde de verblijf in deze premier Inn, en was zeer tevreden met de kamer, gratis parkeergelegenheid en ontbijt. Grote grootte kamer, en schoon tot hoog standaard u zou verwachten van deze keten. Het personeel was geweldig, en een extra dank aan het restaurant personeel, die op 28 mei meer dan aandachtig waren voor mijn andere helft melk intolerantie. (Ian, ik denk, Thank you) Mooi locatie en sta alleen op de weg, net uit een ronde, om gemakkelijk te bereiken naar Falkirk's attracties. Kelpies vijf minuten. Het enige wat anders is, hoewel geen kritiek betekent, is dat het gekochte ontbijt niet buffet-stijl is (gewoond aan de meeste Premier Inn’s) en bevolen via tafelservice. Alle in alle een mooi verblijf."

"Boekte 2 kamers om te blijven na een bruiloft in de buurt.Goed prijs, betaalde een beetje extra voor een vroege check-in. Personeel vriendelijk hoewel je ze moet buzzen om naar de receptie te komen. De kamers waren ideaal - comfortabele bedden, schone en ruime kamer. Er was ook een fan die bij de hitte kon helpen."

"Had a family lunch here on Sunday a table of 7 and once again the service was absolutely amazing the staff really are so attentive even though both the restaurant and bar were very busy they go the extra mile, the food was lovely as always (teenager couldn’t finish her macaroni cheese and it was boxed up for her to take away no problem at all Got to say as well that the lunch menu is excellent value for money Highly recommended"

"The staff are excellent, very friendly and ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms in the hotel need updating; I would not choose to stay at the hotel again due to the rooms being quite basic for a 4*, and no safe in the room either. The restaurant area is nice. The bar area could do with an open fire, which would be in keeping with the property and, due to the bar's location can be quite cool. I found the lockers difficult to use; there are no instructions when trying to use them, only in the reception area. I did ask someone to show me, but they were too busy apparently, so I asked another customer to help me. There was no concession for late checkout on New Year's Day; however, upon request, this was granted. You also have to book for breakfast; therefore, on New Year's Day, I had to get up for 9 am to go down to breakfast, which was not ideal. I had paid for the trip online when I booked; however, when I came to checkout, I was charged the full amount again and was informed that there was no log that I had already paid, but when we arrived and checked in, it was acknowledged that I had paid, it was a good job that I had the email displaying that I had paid. Upon further investigation by the hotel, it was noted that I had paid. I thought that I had read somewhere that there was an option for a set menu for NYE, but al a carte was still an option however this was not the case. The food was ok. The stay was made better due to the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, all credit to them."

"Goed hotel over het algemeen. Goede locatie. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Personeel hulpzaam en responsief. Park heeft genoeg ruimte. Paren kleine cons: kamervenster is klein en donkere paarse decoratie maakt de kamer een beetje grot. De kamer is aan de kleine zijkant. Het is wel gewend. Room TV is een grap het is kleiner dan een iPad."

"This is the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected and Alana the bar manager showed us straight to our room. Our twin room was on the second floor and very spacious. The little personal touches in the room made us feel special. We ate in the bar on both nights and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also superb. Nothing was a bother to Alana, Karli and Lindsay (sorry if I have spelt any names wrong). Would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. 100/10"
