"Close to local amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the main daytime receptionist who went over and above to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Also Aaron and Jennifer from the restaurant. Food is excellent. Meal deal is good value for money. Rooms are large and clean. Would definitely consider another stay. For people visiting "The Fringe" this would be a good base. Overall thoughts great staff and great value for money. Highly recommended."

"Had hier een familie lunch op zondag een tafel van 7 en nogmaals de dienst was absoluut verbazingwekkend de personeel echt zo opmerkzaam, hoewel zowel het restaurant en de bar waren zeer druk ze gaan de extra mijl, het eten was zo mooi als altijd (jongen kon haar macaroni kaas niet afmaken en het werd geboxd om haar geen probleem te verwijderen. Ik moest ook zeggen dat het lunchmenu is uitstekende waarde voor geld zeer aanbevolen"

"Room smelled of damp other than that it was ok I guess it’s just bad luck for me. The rest of the room was a reasonable standard it was slightly dated and in need of a refresh no usb points in room and the wifi was poor to non existent. We visited the on site restaurant we had to book a time although it was not busy, we waited 15 mins on our order being taken and a further hour on food coming to table. On saying this when it arrived it was of very good quality and freshly cooked, so worth the wait the breakfast next morning was again fine but some products could have been a little warmer"

"The staff are excellent, very friendly and ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms in the hotel need updating; I would not choose to stay at the hotel again due to the rooms being quite basic for a 4*, and no safe in the room either. The restaurant area is nice. The bar area could do with an open fire, which would be in keeping with the property and, due to the bar's location can be quite cool. I found the lockers difficult to use; there are no instructions when trying to use them, only in the reception area. I did ask someone to show me, but they were too busy apparently, so I asked another customer to help me. There was no concession for late checkout on New Year's Day; however, upon request, this was granted. You also have to book for breakfast; therefore, on New Year's Day, I had to get up for 9 am to go down to breakfast, which was not ideal. I had paid for the trip online when I booked; however, when I came to checkout, I was charged the full amount again and was informed that there was no log that I had already paid, but when we arrived and checked in, it was acknowledged that I had paid, it was a good job that I had the email displaying that I had paid. Upon further investigation by the hotel, it was noted that I had paid. I thought that I had read somewhere that there was an option for a set menu for NYE, but al a carte was still an option however this was not the case. The food was ok. The stay was made better due to the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, all credit to them."

"Loved the stay at this premier inn, and was highly satisfied with the room, free parking and breakfast. Great sized room, and clean to high standard you would expect from this chain. Staff were great, and an extra thankyou to restaurant staff, who were more than attentive to my other half’s milk intolerance on 28th May. (Ian I think, Thankyou) Great location and stand alone location out the way, just off a roundabout, to easily get to Falkirk’s attractions. Kelpies five minutes away. Only thing different, although no means a criticism, is that the cooked breakfast is not buffet style (accustomed to most Premier Inn’s) and ordered through table service. All in all a lovely stay."

"My stay at the Premier Inn was ok - apart from a squeaky bed (Room 114), the only disappointment is that the restaurant next door which is now managed by PI, stops serving meals after 20.30hrs, which for a hotel is limiting, so next time will book into the Macdonald Hotel & Spa up the road (which was a similar price to the Premier Inn)..."

"We verliet net 14, meest ongeduldig na een drie nachten verblijf. Het was prachtig ingericht, warm met alle voorzieningen die we naast zoeken en meer. Schoon en schoon, (ook in de hoeken!) schattig en warm. De instructies waren niet duidelijk, dus we moesten het nummer twee keer bellen. Onze telefoontje werd onmiddellijk geantwoord door een mooie dame die ons wilde helpen. Het gebied rondom is in een proces van herbouw, die alleen de omgeving van de appartementen zal verbeteren. Zeer dicht bij een detailpark, bus, bioscoop en Grahamston spoorwegstation. We gebruikten openbaar vervoer voor onze excursies. Meer dan tevreden. Het appartement was over en boven onze verwachtingen."

"De procedure voor binnenkomst was nauwelijks. Andrew ontmoette ons aan de deur en gaf een uitstekende overzicht van de appartementen procedures, sleutels enz. Tiffany was blij om ons vroege aankomst te bewonen. Eerste verdieping in de kathedraal langs de weg rustig. Appartement schoon en alles in werking. Taxi buiten de deur als je een nodig had. Eenvoudig toegang tot de stadsfaciliteiten. We gingen overal met de bus. Cafe rond de hoek in Glebe St - The Mustard&Fork - was een absoluut juweel. Ed en het personeel waren zo'n geweldige gastheer. Het was onze goto cafe voor ontbijt elke dag."
