Premier Inn Falkirk Central

Uitstekend hotel, zeer comfortabel en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Beefeater had een goede selectie van eten en het personeel was zeer attent. Zeer aangenaam verblijf en ik zal terugkeren. Gunstige locatie voor werk.

Geboekt met andere vrienden, voormalige collega's voor een mini-reünie. Uitstekende tarieven, verstandige annuleringsvoorwaarden, standaard Premier Inn-tarief. Schone kamers enz. Alleen in de steek gelaten door de kwaliteit van de gratis wifi. Persoonlijk heb ik bezwaar tegen hotels die extra vragen voor wifi van hoge kwaliteit, het is aangrijpend en uitbuitend. Dat is niet nodig, vooral niet als u concurrerende kamerprijzen rekent en hoogwaardige wifi gebruikt om uw merk- en bedrijfsreputatie te versterken. De wifi was zo traag dat ik mijn foto's niet eens kon downloaden, laat staan een FaceTime-oproep opzetten. Ik was zeker niet van plan om £ 5 per dag te betalen voor extra bandbreedte. Het personeel was geweldig, het eten in het restaurant (diner/ontbijt) was goed, hoewel een van mijn vrienden een paar kraakbeenachtige steaks van slechte kwaliteit had (die hij terugstuurde). Er was 's ochtends vroeg lawaai van een wegoefening om 5.50 uur, wat vervelend was. Goede reis/verblijf, versterkt door fatsoenlijke accommodatie en goede vrienden.

Excellent location ,comfy clean room, warm welcome from friendly staff on arrival. Had breakfast both days plenty choice of food . With great staff.

its a shame i couldnt give this minus rating, when i walked into the room my partner noticed that there was little bugs crawling in the cracks of the mattress where the bed wasnt even made properly before i checked for bugs i noticed a massive brown stinky stain on the bedsheets and apon smelling it it was very clear it was human fecal matter!!!!!!!! never back again food was soggy and raw and cold. staff were disrespectful and refused to move us rooms. This was meant to be a romantic getaway, more like a getaway from hell!!!

A bit if braveheart there for you in the title. Premier inn was fine..clean dry onsuite room. Good size bed. Tv needs updating hard to switch channels with remote. Would william wallace have stayed here. Probably not, Edward longshanks maybe.

We arrived at check in and were given a muffled story about systems being down but they were being worked on, so not able to access the main door of the annex building, we asked were there no rooms in the main building so we could be free to come and go as we pleased, we were told no the hotel was fully booked but people were still checking in over 2 hours after us. This problem was not remedied the whole weekend, asking to be let in like children at night but the main door was jammed open for 2 days with a paint tin, everybody’s belongings inside!!!! The room was not clean, bags under the bed and mould along the bath. We have photos of all of this. We were so disappointed, we have stayed in various premier inns including Glasgow George Square on several occasions this year and there is no comparison regarding staff, facilities or cleanliness.

Hotel needs a complete makeover. Rooms very bare and tired looking but clean! Bed was comfortable and very good breakfast. Our friends had a mouldy bath towel in bathroom Wouldn't recommend. Disappointed as Premier Inn usually very good standard!!

This hotel Premier Inn Falkirk Central is not in the center of Falkirk. Its location is good for anyone with a vehicle. Its a good 15/20 minute walk into Falkirk center. The hotel and Beefeater pub attached very nice with accommodation in two buildings. The annexe being a 3 floor building but NO LIFT. The main building has a lift. The two main train stations in Falkirk again a good 20 min walk away or a £6/£7 taxi ride the nearest train station being Camelon and only 10 mininute walk away, passing various shops and take aways. Glasgow and Edinburgh both about 20 / 30 minutes bt train. Falkirk High being more frequent.

We enjoyed our visit to PI Falkirk, very professionally run, friendly staff, comfortable rooms (hard pillows, though!). This made the shortcomings more noticeable: having to go outside to get to the Beefeater for breakfast, always risky in Scotland, and a tiny tv screen in a spacious bedroom.
