"We waren 7 nachten in dit prachtige hotel. Alles was super 'de Villa' diner, ontbijt en de service van de medewerkers onder de leiding van mevrouw Sana. Een warm welkome door de heer Bechir en de heerlijke Spa by Clarins met de goede masseur Ayala en team. We komen zekere terug en raden het aan voor mensen die van rust en luxe houden en hiervan dan excursies kunnen doen in de woestijn en naar Tozeur. Nogmaals dank, John & Eric."

"De inrichting is goed geschikt voor culturele duik en ontsnapt. Je kunt niet beter in de woestijn zijn. Mijn enige probleem was de moeilijkheid om te komen van de nacht van het station naar het hotel. Ze hebben niet duidelijk gemaakt dat als ik wilde lopen( 30 min) dat een groot deel van de weg gebeurt in de hele nacht omdat het n "zonder publieke verlichting, door velden en palmen, kan het vervelend zijn voor een niet-initieerd."

"We hebben 1 nacht in dit hotel verbleven met een doorreis door Tunesie, we kwamen 's avonds toe en we konden nog gebruik maken van het zalige zwembad, heel lekker en uitgebreid gegeten en lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt gehad. Goede, propere kamer, heel goede matras en goedwerkende airco."

"We spent there the night of New Year’s Eve, we were four in two rooms both were dirty (tents). One of the tents had a broken window, smelly blankets and with holes, the bathroom was scary to say the least and lots of ant nests, there wasn’t any kind of soaps and when we asked for it they brought us two little sample of just shampoo (no body gel or hand soaps) and the only towels they gave us were two hand towels. The other one had the A.C. broken and you don’t want to know how cold it gets at night. I usually don’t write many reviews but I had to make sure that people knew what they are going to find if they decide to go there. Dinner time then came… 100€ each for a “BIG NYE DINNER” that was a cold buffet with very few choices started at 7:30, by 8:30 everything was over, with no dessert. Of course the drinks were excluded and we wanted to drink some wine to celebrate (and to not think about all the disappointments) but they ran out after we ordered 2 bottles. I guess they had a total of like 7 bottles of wine. We tried to be positive and waited for the music to start since they built a stage to dance and wait for the midnight, unfortunately there were about just 10 locals having the time of their life and at 11:40 they stopped because they had to go celebrate somewhere else apparently.. basically thrown a party for them with tourists’ money. I save you the description of the breakfast. The owner of the hotel didn’t even say happy new year when she saw us, no attention to details, very poor customer service, no working WiFi and very expensive for Tunisian standards. We truly hope you don’t choose this place for your desert experience, you don’t even realize you’re in the desert because you’re in a sort of street where everybody can easily reach with their car. It was a complete let down from the first minute to the last. The only good thing was that we stayed there only one night, sadly it was a special night, being NYE."
