We waren 7 nachten in dit prachtige hotel. Alles was super 'de Villa' diner, ontbijt en de service van de medewerkers onder de leiding van mevrouw Sana. Een warm welkome door de heer Bechir en de heerlijke Spa by Clarins met de goede masseur Ayala en team. We komen zekere terug en raden het aan voor mensen die van rust en luxe houden en hiervan dan excursies kunnen doen in de woestijn en naar Tozeur. Nogmaals dank, John & Eric.

Fantastisch hotel in het stadje Douz, de poort naar de Sahara woestijn. De villa's zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. De Spa is super. Het eten is prima en de staf van het hotel echt ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze proberen het hun gasten echt naar de zin te maken.

Vriendelijke ontvangst! Het eten was echt fantastisch!!! De bediening was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ziet er super mooi, schoon en netjes uit. De omgeving is erg mooi met allemaal palmbomen om je heen. Ik wil hier zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Prachtig modern hotel, zeer attente bediening. Het eten is heerlijk en de porties zijn zeer goed. Zwembad ziet er erg mooi uit, ook het terras. Een zeer geslaagde avond. Het ruikt er trouwens heerlijk binnen. ……………………………….,,,,.,…………………

I feel so relaxed of my treatment. The therapist is really skillful! And I recommend Alaya, he is good at what he is doing. If you come to Douz, please do not miss this service of The Residence Douz. It will give you a whole new , fresh feeling,just like a new born baby!

We visited the Tunisian south in early June— knowing the extreme heat temperatures our family decided to anchor ourselves at The Ressidence Hotel in Douz and drive to different places from there. The hotel has be amazing to say the least. The villas are gorgeous, the employees are so helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The spa is very well equipped and offer all services. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. We arrived around sunset time as a group of 9, 4 children 5 adults (and a 3 year old). The hotel was so gracious in welcoming us, all the kids had a camel ride to the villas and my youngest has just loved been driven all over the grounds in fleet of golf carts ready at the entrance. Our group stayed 4 nights in total our favorite part of the south has been staying at this hotel, for anyone with small kids they made all aspects of the trip fun, exciting and so accommodating— I can not recommend this gem in the desert enough!

This is a fabulous resort! It ranks right up there with Anantara, a couple hours away. The rooms are, I think, the finest in all of Tunisia. Food and service just as they should be. The resort grounds are pretty, the spa perhaps the nicest in Tunisia as well. Nothing about this place doesn’t rate as 5 star.

Very nice hotel in the desert with nice villas , restaurants and spa center , ideal for travellers who want to have a good experience, the territory is Big and you are living in an independent villa , the service at the top with staff speaking different languages and with attention

The hotel is just amazing. Equipment (including the Gym) is up to date and everything is made by the wonderful staff to live the dream in the desert. The SPA is top. Restaurant is matching the excellent quality of the delicious food expected. We will come back soon !!!
