Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

The location is a bit disappointing as there is nothing around, but rather, it has a calm feeling~ Breakfast was a bit weaker than expected, and the evening lounge was not as expected as I don't drink alcohol. Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

Such a nice hotel. We would like to stay here again. The staff so helpful. Checkin time at 2pm but my son got fever, he’s not feeling well and we received the room at 12 noon. I’m so happy with their service, they’re so helpful. Location convenient only 15 mins to the airport and they had many restaurants around that area, everything perfectly. Big thanks 😊

When I arrived at 6 pm they said that other guests had chosen a late check out and that I could not check in until 7 pm (I got no prior information about this). When I said that my confirmation stated that the check in was at 2 pm they said that ”the other guests were there before [me]” and, as I interpreted it, the other guests therefore could stay there instead of me…At check out they first asked med to pay (twice as much as the price) even though I already paid. However, at all other occasions the staff was friendly and very service minded. For being a hostel the breakfast was good. Everything was very clean and the location is ok.

I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

The best three days to live in Vietnam! First of all, very clean, very clean! And the facilities are complete and very new, the air conditioner is central air conditioner, it can't love it anymore, there is almost no sound running, it does not affect sleep at all, especially good. The quality of toiletries in the bathroom is also good. There is a washing machine on the balcony! Washing machine! How beautiful is there a washing machine in Vietnam that is sweating when you go out? There is also an induction cooker in the room, basic pots and pans are available, the refrigerator is very large and clean, I like it too much, the only drawback is that it is a bit far from the beach. The little girl at the front desk was very friendly and patient, and the big brother on the first floor was also very good. (Check in on the second floor) Every day, I was very polite to say hello. The coffee at the Red Sea next door is also delicious.

The location is a 10-minute taxi ride from Han Market. It’s a 10-minute walk from Son Tra Night Market. I think it would be nice to go to the night market when staying 0.5 nights. Instead, it's in the city, so it's noisy, similar to hotels in the city. I think it would be good to keep in mind The washing machine and TV are all new (TV is LG). Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
