We were a large family and had a delightful stay at the Hyatt.
Plenty for the kids to do and a variety of eateries kept it fresh for our three night stay.

I checked in at 12:00 noon and could not enter my room yet. I left my baggage to the receptionist and left the hotel for your. When I returned hotel at 10 pm at night, I found my baggage was still with the receptionist but not in my room.

Compare to the previous experience few years ago and due to the high season, expectations more than the whole experience. Overall, not bad except the noise of one of the taps in the toilet, woken up by the noise several times.

A very nice resort style holiday to enjoy the beach and sun in a bit of isolation. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We forgot a phone in a taxi and they went out of their way to help us retrieve it. I can’t thank them enough for this.

Hotel is distinguished by its service staff - thank you to guest services manager Cuong Nguyen and others such as Diem, Vu Nguyen, at the restaurants who made our stay outstanding. Hotel is well-maintained, villas are nicely-appointed, pools and beach are amazing. Buffet breakfast has quality items, local fare is better than their international cuisine imo.
Meals are quite nice, but slightly pricey.
There appear to be many daily activities organised for guests and kids, but we did not try any of them.
