Staff were nice and kind.

The hotel has a wonderful outlook, with bright colours and is centrally located nearby all the restaurants we wanted to visit and near the beach.
The service standards were fairly poor - the soap was not replaced two days in a row, hand wash was left empty for two days, toilet paper was not replaced in the last two days of our 4 nights and 5 day visit.
The hotel is a bit tired and in need of renovation, the shower room door wouldn’t close so our bathroom was flooded every day and with bathroom slippers the room was wet in parts most of the time.
The breakfast room decor was very nice but as vegetarians/vegans not so great for local food, and the staff weren’t understanding of what we were asking about, but generally good for a continental style breakfast.
The staff were well meaning and friendly.

The horel service is very very good.
Breakfast is very delicious and well-prepared the staff is wellcome for the quest.
The price is very cheap with a perfect view from the city. It is very easy and convenient for me to go to the downtown areas and the beach

We had pleasant stay at the Risemount resort hotel.Manager up grade our Superior room for free to Elite Room. The breakfasts was super tasty with 3 different choices of hot dishes :beef chicken or fish and many other things like salads, soup bakery fruits.
The room was super clean with good comfortable beds. The location I of the hotel is really close to the beach and many cafes.

Stayed in Risemount hotel for a few days. Hotel’s staff was very nice, helpful and attentive to all our needs and requests, especially want to thank the manager Trang!
Hotel’s location is close to the central beach, rooms were cleaned every day, menu is various.
We enjoyed our staying here and will come back again

I was booked 2 deluxe rooms in Risemount Premiser Resort which is a good choice for Da Nang trip as the location is very convenience to go everywhere, it just takes 7-10mins to the beach by walk, 7-10 mins to Han Market by grab, 45mins to Hoi An by car, and there are many coffee shops, restaurants and spa centres nearest to the resort.
There are 2 pools in the resort with very well maintained, palm trees and pool bar which provide the relaxing atmosphere!
Staff are professional and helpful.
Room tip: request pool view room if you need quiet room, it quite noisy for street view room.

Great hotel, the location is really good, close to everything you need. When we encountered a small issue regarding our room, everything was solved quickly and we enjoyed our stay 😊 we highly recommend it
