"I drove to Changsha and saw this hotel had good reviews and parking options, but I was a bit disappointed. It was a bit expensive compared to other hotels, and it was a 50-minute drive from the city center! The service was so-so. While the touchscreen air conditioner was high-end, I should have considered how easy it was to use. I struggled for ages and had to ask a staff member to open it for me. They said I had locked it, but I didn't know which button was locked! It was a bit of a hassle. The most ridiculous thing was the noisy air conditioner in my room! It kept making a loud, intermittent whirring noise, and I was assigned a room near the road. All I heard all night was the road and the air conditioner. [sigh] I would have changed hotels if I wasn't so tired. The cleanliness was okay, but the breakfast was just average. Parking was convenient, but if you're specifically coming for sightseeing, consider the distance. Overall, it was just average; I don't know why it had so many good reviews."

"1. Het hotel kostte ongeveer 200 yuan. 2. Er hing een vreselijke, muffe geur bij binnenkomst. 3. Voor deze prijs was de vloer nog steeds betegeld en glad. Er lagen gedeelde slippers aan het hoofdeinde van het bed. Ik belde om te vragen en kreeg te horen dat ze in de kast onder aan de deur lagen. Is een hotel van 200 yuan echt zo duur? 4. Er is geen projector, alleen een kleine tv. Je hebt een abonnement nodig om iets te kijken, en er zijn alleen een paar oude tv's. 5. Dit was wat me echt irriteerde. Het mineraalwater was opengemaakt. Ik vermoed ten zeerste dat het hotel oude flessen recycleert en hun eigen mineraalwater vult (hoe kan dit bedrijf zo consciëntieus zijn?) 6. Er is geen spraakassistent in de kamer, zelfs geen afstandsbediening voor de airconditioning. Ik moest opstaan en naar de deur lopen om de temperatuur aan te passen, en omdat de kamer hoog was, daalde de temperatuur heel langzaam. 7. De toiletartikelen waren allemaal goedkoop. Het maakt niet uit of ze goedkoop zijn, maar ik ga toch niet met een mond vol plastic borstelharen eindigen van het tandenpoetsen met een tandenborstel? Er is geen conditioner en de shampoo is verschrikkelijk. 8. Het hotel biedt absoluut geen service. 9. Ik kan 100-120 yuan geven voor de schoonmaak en hooguit 80 yuan voor de service. En ze rekenen me 200 yuan?!"
