Had a morning flight after a late night arrival at Changsha, service was warm and the free shuttle to airport was fabulous, reached within 5minutes.

Stayed here due to flight reschedule and we wanted somewhere near airport for our early flight the next day. Hotel is near to the metro, walking distance bout few minutes so it's convenient to also head to the main city area. The rooms is clean and spacious. They even provide free drop off to the airport.

The room was so cute. The hotel provide good amenities, we have evrything we need. But one of the pillow had bad smells (probably not properly cleaned from previous guest)

10 minutes from airport. Free shuttle bus to Metro in the morning.
Please aware of the taxi at the airport. The fee to this hotel should be around 10-20 yuan!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean and full of extras. Robot butlers were fast with deliveries. Shuttle to the airport was fast. Located one block east of a fairly large mall. Non-smoking rooms were appreciated. Bidet was a nice touch. Mattress was soft. They have free noodles between 9pm and midnight that were delicious. Best of all was the service. Abby and the porter were beyond helpful and asked about my stay multiple times. Thank you for making what I expected to be a boring airport hotel into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China

TV was not functioning. It was also hard for the taxi to locate me as they kept picking me up / dropping me off on the streets instead of directly infront of the hotel

Conveniently located near to airport with free transportation to and from airport. Walking distance to outlet mall just across the road. Giant bed to have sweet dream :) Highly recommended.
