"We had a really enjoyable stay at Shanaya Resort Malang and would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Malang. The resort is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place for a short getaway. The price is also affordable compared to many other resorts, which makes it great value for money. We love the scenery and vibe too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was tasty with a good variety. It’s clear that the team puts in effort to make guests feel comfortable. There were a couple of things that could be improved. At one point, staff entered our room without permission to take back their iron, which we found a little intrusive. Also, on our checkout day, the shuttle service was very late. However, what impressed us was the way the management handled it. The manager personally came out to apologise and even surprised us with a cake. That thoughtful gesture really showed their sincerity and commitment to good hospitality. Given that it was just after a long weekend holiday, we could understand the delay. Overall, Shanaya Resort Malang is a lovely, affordable, and comfortable place to stay with genuine staff and good service recovery. Highly recommended for families!"

"I loved the hotel and its environment, was far from the bustling city and it is the best place for relaxation and healing. You can go to the waterfall by hotel shuttle takes about 10 minutes and it was free. They also provide bicycles for rent. The food was various from local to western cuisine. The staffs are very polite and helpful also. Overall, i had best experienced here and will come back again."

"A very satisfying stay! The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, tidy, and all the facilities worked well. The location is strategic, close to the tea plantation tourist spot with views of Mount Arjuno. The food at Arjuno Restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety. They also offer an edutourism tour package to explore the BBIB area. BBIB Suites is highly recommended for a family vacation! 👍"

"Hotel nyaman, bagus, bersih, fasilitas lengkap, staf hotel yang ramah-ramah dan pelayanan top jadi betah berlama-lama menginap di eL Hotel. Ada “kids activity” tiap hari sembari menikmati breakfast dan renang, ada hadiah jika anak-anak mengikuti “kids activity”, kebetulan saat itu ada “menghias cake” jadi anak terasah kreatifitasnya. Ada lollipop buat anak-anak saat sy dan keluarga checkout, sy kurang tau pasti ya apakah setiap anak dapat lollipop semua atau tidak, yang jelas, sy akan rekomendasikan eL Hotel kpd saudara dan teman2 sy.
