"De sfeer is fantastisch. De lobby van het hotel is stijlvol ontworpen, eenvoudig maar verfijnd, en de zachte verlichting zorgt voor een bijzonder comfortabele sfeer. De kamer was uitzonderlijk schoon en het beddengoed was zo zacht en comfortabel dat ik er niet uit wilde. Het uitzicht vanuit het raam was adembenemend en 's nachts was het er muisstil, zonder enig geluid. Ik heb heerlijk geslapen! Attente service Van inchecken tot uitchecken verliep het hele proces soepel. De dame bij de receptie had een lieve glimlach, handelde het proces snel en geduldig af en gaf zelfs proactief informatie over restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. De roomservice reageerde ook zeer snel. Het water dat ik vanochtend had besteld, werd binnen enkele minuten bezorgd. Hun aandacht voor detail was uitzonderlijk. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding."

"The hotel is located right next to the bus station, which was very convenient to catch the early bus to Chengdu. The staff was really nice and patient with me. The breakfast was good, typical ******* but you have to come early otherwise the left options are limited. I can only recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Ganzi."

"非常喜歡這家酒店，超預期的好。門口停車方便，有地下和地面車庫，車位多，方便自駕的客人入住。服務很周到，有求必應，高效温馨。房間設施新，床品乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，出水量大，温度穩定，洗漱很舒服。早餐是自助的素食餐廳，品種豐富，還是景觀餐廳，用餐時可以看到窗外的雪山美景。服務態度熱情，服務周到，會幫忙做糌粑，素食味道做得很好，我這個不喜歡吃素食的人都胃口大開。附近吃飯也算方便，我們晚餐就在酒店附近的街上吃了番茄烏雞麪，加雞腿，超好吃。還有一家中藏醫院，可以配藏葯。推薦大家入住，特別是自駕的朋友。"

"The front desk staff is very warm and the service is very good! Hotel location is also good! Breakfast is already good in Ganzi! The hotel lobby is also very comfortable, the room is spacious but the bathroom layout is still the old style! Since the newly opened hotel bathroom in 26 years has not put the wash basin outside, there is no intelligent voice control, and there is no oxygen generator. The hotel has no air conditioning like other hotels, and the newly opened fan is not prepared. It is very unreliable to sleep at night! ! ! Very hot! ! The comparison with other chain brands is the same, no difference, the price is slightly more expensive!"

"首先講幾點好的，1.酒店硬件裝修還是很不錯的，用料也很細心，高檔大氣，且有地下停車場。2.工作人員還是熱情積極的，值得表揚👍。3.早餐品種豐富，食材新鮮，都挺好吃的，米粉、酥油茶、糌粑值得推薦，很正宗。4.拖鞋質量很好，體現了高檔酒店的氣質（我帶走了）哈哈哈。5.衞生間很大，可以4個人一起洗澡，有點浪費空間了。6.房間植入了智能化語音控制，在這個區域來説還是領先的。 再説幾點不足的：1.一瓶礦泉水居然是開過，且喝過的，這個是質檢的問題。2.被子套有血漬沒有洗乾淨，這個應該是洗滌公司的問題，酒店應該嚴格把關。3.衞生間很大，確把洗漱台放在外面，這個設計檔次一下就拉下來了，沒有做到乾濕分區。4.一個定位高檔酒店，確沒有掛衣服的櫃子，甚至連個掛衣服的地方都沒有，衹有全部堆在2個椅子上，這個有點讓人抓狂。5.沒有足夠的枱麪放東西，東西全部堆在一個小桌子上。這個是設計問題，可以看得出來這個設計公司沒有做過酒店，雖然公區還不錯。6.煙感被衞生紙堵了，這樣有很大安全隱患，建議整改。 總之替老闆有點心疼。很多錢沒有花到刀刃上"

"非常滿意👍，不是因為酒店環境，是對的人。 來的時候已是深夜，毛店長在前台張羅着，詢問我們有沒有高反，在高原待了這麼多天了，還是第一次有酒店關心我們是否身體不適，很暖心。 第二天早上吃早餐又看見了毛店長，她記得每個人的需求，在煮麪煮混沌完成的情況下，通知到大家，這樣的服務，這樣的人，讓我印象深刻。 走的時候，毛店長給我們送了葡萄糖水，給小朋友送了棒棒糖🍭，還給我們送了便攜式的充電線，真的是太棒了👏，我們感受到了被照顧，不僅是住店，還延伸到了離開後的旅程中，這是我第一次住漢庭，也因為有這樣一位店長，印象深刻，點贊👍"

Great style and ideal location. Hotel nicely designed throughout in ******* style. I had a spacious and comfortable room (see picture). Extended my stay twice. Not a run-of-the-mill standard hotel. Ideal location: easily reachable from the G317 bypassing ‘downtown’ traffic, yet only about 250m (just up the street) to the main street with shops and people strolling. (No other top-range hotel has such an ideal location, many of the better hotels are 1-2km from the center.) Large courtyard with ample parking. Very quiet at night, yet close to the nightly dance square and buzzling night area / main street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Positive Clean and spacious room with hot water. Staff doesn't speak English, but is very friendly. Communication via the translation app went well. Location is close to the YaQing busstation, it's a five minute walk. Negative Other guests can be quite noisy in the hallway, keeping their door open for others to hear their loud conversations. The hotel should enforce a general policy for guests to be quiet after 10pm. The room on the streetside is quite noisy. You can hear music coming from the shops in the street. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Not much variety. And no tea or coffee whatsoever. The wifi is very slow.

There is a problem with the floor of the room, which may be related to the long-term use of floor heating. I can't see the snow-capped mountains on the 3rd floor, I am very disappointed. Breakfast is OK and the buns are delicious. There is no food around, not too far to eat in the town center, very close to Genbuxia Ancient Street, you can visit the old residence where Zhu De lived during the Long March. The door is digging a ditch, it is estimated that the environment can be better after repairing. The clerk will take the initiative to help with the luggage and see the parking. This is great.

The staff were extremely nice and polite, helped me arrange my trip, got me a ride to the bus station and even waited until I got on the bus. Even though everything was done with translation apps they were really patient and helpful. The breakfast is also nice and filling.

Really helpful front desk. Made sure I was equipped for the next step on my tourney by answering all my questions - even though we didn’t share a language. I appreciated my stay here. Clean, big-ish rooms with a great view of the mountains. Healthy and yummy breakfast provided with stay.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff are super helpful and nice. They helped me find. Driver for the next part of my journey. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect. (I found a cigarette butt in my room when I moved in, but the staff apologized and immediately came to clean.) My room was high enough that my view was to the beautiful mountains, and not of the gas station across the road from the hotel. It was a fine hotel for the price that I paid.

The location is very convenient for me, as it is between the old town and the bus station - so i can walk to both. The staff go above-and-beyond for their guests, very helpful and kind. Balcony was a nice bonus. My only issue was cigarettes left on the floor in my room, carpet has burn marks and the cleanliness was lacking… Note; this hotel is friendly to foreigners, which is very good!

ガンゼの中心地にあり、シェアタクシー乗り場からも徒歩10分ぐらいです。ガンゼには2つのお寺があり、お散歩したりとても楽しかったです。近くに飲食店もあり、温泉や白塔公園にもとても近いです。何よりスタッフの女性がとても優しいです。シェアタクシー乗り場を教えてくださったり、とても親身になってサポートしてくださいました。ガンゼを訪れた際は、ぜひ利用してみてください。
