民宿水準超出期待，聽老闆説民宿選址的過程，聽得出來很用心，一進門很驚喜，房間打掃的很乾凈，工作人員熱情問好，回覆和解決問題很迅速。房間超大的，山景房很愜意（甚至看電視也很爽哈哈哈），提供的早餐和下午茶都很棒，分量好實在，早餐飲品喝不完還可以帶回房裡，晚上還有晚安飲品。早餐還很貼心問有沒有忌口，都會提前問大概幾點想在哪裡用餐❤️ 還要給客服小帥哥點贊！人很熱情大方！推薦的周邊餐飲很不錯，很實在，好吃就是好吃，不好吃就是不好吃。一路上有什麼可以玩的項目也介紹的很到位，不然真看不出來有一塊可以玩槳板😁 民宿位置真的很nice，離海邊不遠，民宿又提供遊覽車接送，海邊很多酒吧很吵，民宿所在的村子裏就很安靜👍🏻下次一定還會來多住幾天，因為這次想看的狗狗不在被送去學校了🤪

I absolutely loved my stay here! I was upgraded to a lovely super big room overlooking the pool garden! It really had everything, and I mean everything. A big comfortable bed, a couch with a projector and a TV (I didn't use either, but they were there), a fridge filled with water bottles and a ton of amenities (even mouthwash - bigger hotel chains didn't even offer that). The shower and toilet are separated, so no wet floor either. Nice balcony. There was no smoke smell whatsoever and smoking is forbidden in all rooms. The whole team was super nice! There's a shuttle to the beach, that is really convenient (you can message them up to 10 p.m. and they come pick you up). 艾伦even went to show me some food options in the village and later picked me up from there. 谢谢艾伦! There was also a delicious breakfast. And the pool is perfect for a quick swim :) The whole vibe of the house was nice and I would definitely stay again.

De omgeving is als een tuin, met een rustieke maar toch moderne touch. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek om foto's te maken, dan is dit de plek voor jou. Elke centimeter van De Vivre levert de beste foto op die je je maar kunt wensen. Ze bieden zelfs een gratis fotoservice aan als je dat nodig hebt (de eerste drie foto's zijn van de fotograaf). Het meest bijzondere aan deze plek, meer nog dan het landschap, is de service van het personeel. Ze hebben een 24-uurs butlerservice die je zo goed mogelijk helpt bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen. Ze reageren snel en zijn altijd erg vriendelijk, zodat je je thuis voelt. De eigenaar, die er meestal is, maakt een praatje met je en biedt je fruit van de lokale bevolking aan, waardoor je je echt op je gemak voelt. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens gehad over de twee honden die er zijn, die ontzettend vriendelijk zijn en je alleen maar om een ​​buikmassage vragen. Ze bieden ook tal van activiteiten aan in het hotel, zoals henna schilderen, haarvlechten en andere doe-het-zelf-evenementen, met afternoon tea en zelfs een film onder de sterrenhemel. Als je naar het nabijgelegen strand wilt, hebben ze een chauffeur die je erheen en terugbrengt. Je hoeft alleen maar de tijden met hen door te geven. Het hele verblijf is buitengewoon aangenaam. Mocht je je zorgen maken over de netheid van de accommodatie, het is extreem schoon. Ze zetten de airconditioning aan voordat je aankomt, zodat je kamer al koel is. De kamer ruikt altijd erg aangenaam. Tot slot wil ik nog even zeggen dat dit geen gesponsorde post is hahaha. Dit zijn allemaal oprechte gevoelens en ik zou er zeker nog eens naartoe gaan. Ze zorgden ervoor dat ik me er echt thuis voelde, zelfs als ik niet thuis was. Dit is de perfecte vakantie voor iedereen.

My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition. From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula to anyone seeking a luxurious and guest-focused experience. The team’s commitment to excellence is truly inspiring, and I look forward to returning in the future.

My ocean view room was good sized and very clean. The frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom was a little weird, because you could make out someone else's body shape behind it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, although the quality of cooked food was just okay. Clientele is almost entirely Chinese, and this is reflected in the 2 main restaurants being Chinese cuisine, and hotel notices being in Chinese without English. We tried both restaurants - Features is way more accomplished than Five Senses, and their service was also better. The two identical gyms are spacious and the equipment felt new. Staff tries to please, although the training and quality is not at international 5-star level. I wish the butler and front desk were more knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the vicinity. Shimei beach in the Hainan winter is perfect for lounging around in, and for surfing. Signs everywhere warning about undercurrents, and consequently no one swims in the sea.

🌿 Verborgen tropische bestemming — Ik kom zeker terug! 🌿 Ik verbleef hier 4 nachten en eerlijk gezegd denk ik al na over mijn volgende reis. De hele sfeer van dit hotel is vredig, groen en superontspannend — perfect voor een kleine ontsnapping aan de stad. Hoewel mijn kamer niet direct aan de oceaan lag, keek hij uit op een prachtige tuin vol weelderige tropische bomen en planten. Het voelde alsof ik wakker werd midden in een stille jungle-oase. Ik vond het heerlijk hoe rustgevend het was — fluitende vogels in de ochtend, wuivende palmbomen en zoveel natuurlijk licht. De kamer zelf was brandschoon en stijlvol, met een comfortabel bed en alles wat ik nodig had. Je merkte dat ze er echt om geven om de plek goed te onderhouden. Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het personeel. Iedereen die ik ontmoette was warm, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen — of het nu ging om het regelen van vervoer of het geven van lokale tips. Ze hebben zelfs chauffeurs die je naar nabijgelegen stranden en plekken kunnen brengen, wat superhandig was. Een van mijn favoriete extraatjes? Het koffiehuisje in het hotel waar je altijd gratis koffie kunt halen. Ik heb er veel tijd doorgebracht, nippend aan ijskoude drankjes en lezend in de tuin – het was echt de perfecte manier om weer op te laden. Het hele pand voelt gezellig en natuurgericht aan. Niet opzichtig of druk – gewoon schoon, vredig en vol tropische charme. Ideaal voor soloreizigers of stellen die willen onthaasten en genieten van de natuur. Ik kan deze plek van harte aanbevelen als je Wanning of Riyue Bay bezoekt. Ik kom absoluut terug! 🌺✨

My stay at Footprint Homestay was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its elegant design and the warm, attentive service. The staff were professional and considerate, handling check-in efficiently and answering all my questions with great patience, making me feel right at home. They even went extra mile to pick us at the ShenZhou Station which is approximately 3-4mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The location was also ideal, with convenient transportation links and close proximity to several tourist attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore or shop. The hotel also offers leisure facilities like a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Every moment spent at Footprint Homestay was comfortable and enjoyable, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

I came to Wanning with no expectations or plans, I was on a short layover in Hainan and decided to spend one night here. My stay even for one night was nothing short of amazing. The hosts Cicy and Jerry welcomed me upon arrival and made me feel right at home, the room was in pristine condition and felt very personalised and inviting. The place itself was nothing short of superb, but the real highlight was the hospitality offered by the hosts Cicy and Jerry. They knew I was staying only for one day, so they planned a full 1 day itinerary for my time here. I was given suggestions on activities in the surrounding area, and I was driven around by them to some authentic beatiful locations such as a coffee plantation and local restaurant. They made me feel like I was home away from home, even in a country that is so diffferent to my own (England). I can recommend anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat in this area to come here, and I will certainly be coming back. Thankyou Cicy and Jerry.

It was a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was super clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

這次來萬寧想找個能徹底“擺爛”的地方，沒想到被這家藏在沙灘邊的民宿狠狠圈粉！從踏入院子的那一刻起，就被那種自由又温暖的氛圍擊中——老闆和店員都超熱情，沒有那種冷冰冰的商業感，反而像老朋友一樣招呼我們，連帶着家裡的貓貓狗狗都湊過來蹭腿，瞬間把旅途的疲憊都揉散了。 位置真的絕了！房間直麪大海，推開窗就是天然沙灘，光腳跑出去就能踩到細軟的沙子，早晚都能看海浪翻湧，晚上聽着海風聲入睡，這種“海景房”的含金量誰住誰知道！而且民宿裏還有個沙灘餐酒吧，晚上和朋友窩在沙灘椅上，點一份燒烤，配上冰鎮飲料，海風一吹，整個人都酥在那種chill到骨子裡的鬆弛感裏。 順便誇一句，這裏的調酒很有驚喜！招牌“媽樂個芭子”用椰子和菠蘿裝着，熱帶味道直接拉滿，連調酒小哥自創的意麪都意外好吃（祕密武器是海南小黃椒！），要是能加進菜單就更完美了。唯一的小遺憾是，聽説另一個科羅納海灘吧還沒完全開放，DJ也沒趕上，不過光是現在的體驗，已經覺得這趟來值了。
