Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

Receptionists are very helpful and nice. All drinks are complimentary at the room. Welcome drinks are provided at roof bar. Only the gym opens from 7-10 and it’s highly suggested 24 hours open for convenience.

Goed, de service is goed, de bedoeling is lekker en het waterbehandelingscentrum is ook een goede landschap. De prijs is het waard hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Hôtel bien situé Historique ( ancienne gare ) J’ai attendu plus de 30 min pour récupérer mon véhicule.. dommage

Ik vind het een pluspunt dat het hotel buiten het drukke centrum ligt; het is er rustig en groen, en een taxi naar de Dom kost maar 18 euro. Het ontbijt was erg goed en het personeel was aardig en professioneel. Ik zou deze ervaring een ”A” geven.

Zeer goed hotel, het serviceteam is erg goed, het ontbijt is erg goed, je merkt het aan de kookgerei, het heeft echt een koninklijke sfeer, het dekbed in de kamer is erg comfortabel en de decoratie is ook groots en luxueus. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Bellissima struttura zona Navigli Milano. Pulita e accogliente. Personale super gentile. Consigliatissim

Super good location for us , walking distance to Milan Centrale & sightseeing bus stop, It’s not a new building, but still good maintenance , We did comfortable staying

LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING. TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
