"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"Due to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well. It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine). Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣 It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area! Overall it was a really great place! Very recommended ~"

"We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance ."

The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! "Stayed in a 3-bed room in Bipenggou. The room was quite small for three beds, and the hotel feels a bit old. The toilet sliding door didn’t hold properly, which was inconvenient. The location is not very far from the scenic area entrance, but you still need transportation to get there—it’s not walkable. Overall, acceptable for a short stay, but the facilities could use some improvement."

"Over het algemeen kan ik deze plek absoluut niet aanbevelen… Het pension is groot met hoge plafonds, een mooie inrichting en een flink prijskaartje, duidelijk gericht op een luxe ervaring. Positief was wel dat het personeel erg gastvrij was en hielp met onze bagage. Er lag een briefje op het nachtkastje met de mededeling dat ze een nauwgezette service boden; zelfs de handdoeken waren in plastic verpakt en voorzien van een label met 'gedesinfecteerd'. We stuitten echter op een aantal problemen: 1️⃣ Er is een warmwaterbron op de t****e verdieping, maar toen we rond 10 uur 's ochtends aankwamen, zeiden ze dat deze al gesloten was (openingstijden zijn van 19.00 tot 22.00 uur) en ze hadden niet van tevoren gebeld om te informeren naar de inchecktijden; 2️⃣ Het pension zou huisdiervriendelijk moeten zijn, maar helaas waren de twee kamers ernaast bezet door gasten met huisdieren. We hoorden honden onophoudelijk blaffen zodra we incheckten. Toen we de receptie belden, zeiden ze dat ze het zouden oplossen nadat de eigenaren van de huisdieren klaar waren met eten en terug waren. Waarom hadden ze gasten met huisdieren niet van tevoren bij elkaar geplaatst? Het pension had die dag veel lege kamers, maar ze boden ons niet aan om naar een andere kamer te verhuizen. Wat als ze midden in de nacht zouden blaffen? Zouden ze ons dan wel vragen om te verhuizen? 3️⃣Het ontbijt was behoorlijk uitgebreid voor een pension, maar de gefrituurde deegstengels waren gefermenteerd en zuur, duidelijk niet vers. Mijn vriendin en ik voelden ons allebei niet lekker na de autorit 's middags na het eten. 4️⃣Aangezien er op het bordje op het nachtkastje zoveel zorgvuldige services worden vermeld, waarom worden die niet bij het inchecken aangeboden? In plaats daarvan moeten gasten herhaaldelijk bellen om dingen te vragen. Op de bordjes staat dat ze wegwerpbare toiletbrilhoezen, stijltangen en drankjes voor het slapengaan aanbieden; waarom laten ze die niet gewoon in de kamer staan? Doordat gasten steeds moeten bellen en de receptie moet rondrennen, lijkt het alsof deze services niet oprecht worden aangeboden en dat gasten worden benadeeld. Toen ik bijvoorbeeld een melkdrankje voor het slapengaan bestelde, warmden ze gewoon een pak melkthee op. Het in een kopje serveren zou veel eleganter zijn geweest. 5️⃣De inrichting was ook nogal rommelig. De print op de achterkant van de badkamerspiegel vloekte met het bed en de algehele stijl van de kamer. Er hingen maar twee kledinghangers in de kast en er lag een dode spin in de hoek van het toilet. Hoewel er een paar attente details waren, waren er ook veel tekortkomingen. Oordeel zelf."

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us."

酒店在一個單獨的小路盡頭，門口就是停車場，剛剛停好車工作人員就出來要幫忙拿行李了，晚上出去買東西回來也是剛下車就出來幫忙開大門，大門是單獨鎖的衹能從裏面開，這點讓人很安心。 大廳特別有格調，讓人很沉靜。房間非常温暖，讓北方人感覺像回家了，晚餐嚐了嚐玉米饃饃，衹恨自己胃太小，不然一碗全都能炫了，早餐很豐盛，吃了好長時間都吃完了，一點也不想浪費。 老闆很健談，聊了聊天，摸了摸狗，時間太短，下次有機會真的想多住幾天。

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags. The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐ Highly recommended.

The hotel view is extremely amazing, make sure you book the room with the mountain view.. the room are equipped with decent heater. The owner/staff are super helpful, they are willing to go beyond the miles to assist you. The location is around 7-10 minutes walking from Bipengou Ticket Entrance, although it seems near but with the altitude it can be quite a long journey for a short distance as DIDI is hard to acquire around these area. Hence, not suitable for elderly, however if you are traveling here by car please ignore. Overall, the hotel worth your time and money.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Onze verblijf hier was comfortabel en geschikt voor een kort bezoek. De nachtdienst was geweldig en we genoten van de dansprestatie, complimenten drinken en zorgvuldige service. Een speciale vermelding gaat naar de mooie voorkant, die boven en verder ging, die zelfs bijgedragen heeft aan het herwarmen van wat eten we van huis hadden gebracht. Het ontbijt was Chinese-stijl, wat goed was voor ons, en het zwembad is gesloten om 10:30 uur. We wilden dat het een beetje later openbleef, maar we begrijpen het beleid. Wij hebben een kamer gekozen die de rivier aankijkt, en die komt met een belangrijke opmerking: er is warme, maar geen koele airconditioning in de slaapkamer, dat zei, het zachte geluid van de rivier was als regendruppels vallen op een dak rustig en ontspannen. Zodra onze lichamen aan de lucht waren aangepast, voelden de ochtends koud en verfrissend, en we genoten een geweldige nacht slaap.

Hotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. And this hotel is pet friendly, the reception has a cute dog called ”Jing Jing” He is a very cute and super friendly dog. แนะนำที่พักนี้เลยนะคะ ที่พักสวย สะอาด สะดวกสบายมาก พนักงานน่าร๊ากก ดูแลต้อนรับดีมาก พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้นะคะ ใส่ใจรายละเอียดให้แผ่นแปะความร้อนกับ บาธโฟมสำหรับแช่อ่างด้วยเริ่ดมาก และๆๆๆๆอาหารเย็นอร่อยมากถูกปากคนไทย อ้อถ้าใครไปจะเจอกับน้องจิงจิง น้องสุนัขสุดน่ารักคอยต้อนรับด้วยน๊า น้องนิ่งมากไม่เห่าเลยให้เล่นให้อุ้มด้วย สรุปว่าเป็นที่พักที่ดีมากกก

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

We loved the location as it is near to our targeted place Bipenggou Scenic Area and the service customer was amazing. We had to leave early this morning to go for scenic area. The breakfast was only ready at 8am onwards. The lady went outside to ask different place to provide us boiled eggs as her boiled eggs wasn’t ready yet. That was a top notch and kind genuine service she gave us as we didn’t have breakfast. However, the toilet was a bit not satisfactory due to clogged and flood and also wooden tiles is broken which inflicting mild pain on my wife’s toe when walking barefoot. Regardless of this, the receptionist provided a bandaid and also Iodine solution. We appreciate and loved the kind gesture the Hotel staffs gave us.
