"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant."

"Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was huge and had a beautiful view. The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. They served the food and drinks nicely and always made sure everything was okay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future."

"Over het algemeen kan ik deze plek absoluut niet aanbevelen… Het pension is groot met hoge plafonds, een mooie inrichting en een flink prijskaartje, duidelijk gericht op een luxe ervaring. Positief was wel dat het personeel erg gastvrij was en hielp met onze bagage. Er lag een briefje op het nachtkastje met de mededeling dat ze een nauwgezette service boden; zelfs de handdoeken waren in plastic verpakt en voorzien van een label met 'gedesinfecteerd'. We stuitten echter op een aantal problemen: 1️⃣ Er is een warmwaterbron op de t****e verdieping, maar toen we rond 10 uur 's ochtends aankwamen, zeiden ze dat deze al gesloten was (openingstijden zijn van 19.00 tot 22.00 uur) en ze hadden niet van tevoren gebeld om te informeren naar de inchecktijden; 2️⃣ Het pension zou huisdiervriendelijk moeten zijn, maar helaas waren de twee kamers ernaast bezet door gasten met huisdieren. We hoorden honden onophoudelijk blaffen zodra we incheckten. Toen we de receptie belden, zeiden ze dat ze het zouden oplossen nadat de eigenaren van de huisdieren klaar waren met eten en terug waren. Waarom hadden ze gasten met huisdieren niet van tevoren bij elkaar geplaatst? Het pension had die dag veel lege kamers, maar ze boden ons niet aan om naar een andere kamer te verhuizen. Wat als ze midden in de nacht zouden blaffen? Zouden ze ons dan wel vragen om te verhuizen? 3️⃣Het ontbijt was behoorlijk uitgebreid voor een pension, maar de gefrituurde deegstengels waren gefermenteerd en zuur, duidelijk niet vers. Mijn vriendin en ik voelden ons allebei niet lekker na de autorit 's middags na het eten. 4️⃣Aangezien er op het bordje op het nachtkastje zoveel zorgvuldige services worden vermeld, waarom worden die niet bij het inchecken aangeboden? In plaats daarvan moeten gasten herhaaldelijk bellen om dingen te vragen. Op de bordjes staat dat ze wegwerpbare toiletbrilhoezen, stijltangen en drankjes voor het slapengaan aanbieden; waarom laten ze die niet gewoon in de kamer staan? Doordat gasten steeds moeten bellen en de receptie moet rondrennen, lijkt het alsof deze services niet oprecht worden aangeboden en dat gasten worden benadeeld. Toen ik bijvoorbeeld een melkdrankje voor het slapengaan bestelde, warmden ze gewoon een pak melkthee op. Het in een kopje serveren zou veel eleganter zijn geweest. 5️⃣De inrichting was ook nogal rommelig. De print op de achterkant van de badkamerspiegel vloekte met het bed en de algehele stijl van de kamer. Er hingen maar twee kledinghangers in de kast en er lag een dode spin in de hoek van het toilet. Hoewel er een paar attente details waren, waren er ook veel tekortkomingen. Oordeel zelf."

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"De locatie is 5 minuten lopen naar de ingang van Bipenggou, zeer comfortabel. Onze zwembaden zijn schoon en waren leeg toen we gingen. De bedden zijn groot en comfortabel - misschien is alleen de douche om de kamer te gripen, wat een beetje klein was. Voedsel fatsoenlijk typisch bfast tarief, vermeld dat het begint om 8 uur, maar eigenlijk voedsel komt uit op 7.15am (want het park opent om 8 uur, dit maakt zin). Grote verblijf in het algemeen"

"The most satisfying accommodation on my trip to Western Sichuan, bar none! The room was a floor-to-ceiling mountain view room. Opening the window revealed lush greenery and distant mountains. Waking up to the sound of the wind in the trees in the morning was incredibly healing. The hotel's overall design is very stylish, and the coffee at the cafe is also delicious. Enjoying a coffee and daydreaming amidst the mountains and fields during the day, then gazing at the starry sky at night – it was truly delightful."

"The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. "Onze verblijf hier was comfortabel en geschikt voor een kort bezoek. De nachtdienst was geweldig en we genoten van de dansprestatie, complimenten drinken en zorgvuldige service. Een speciale vermelding gaat naar de mooie voorkant, die boven en verder ging, die zelfs bijgedragen heeft aan het herwarmen van wat eten we van huis hadden gebracht. Het ontbijt was Chinese-stijl, wat goed was voor ons, en het zwembad is gesloten om 10:30 uur. We wilden dat het een beetje later openbleef, maar we begrijpen het beleid. Wij hebben een kamer gekozen die de rivier aankijkt, en die komt met een belangrijke opmerking: er is warme, maar geen koele airconditioning in de slaapkamer, dat zei, het zachte geluid van de rivier was als regendruppels vallen op een dak rustig en ontspannen. Zodra onze lichamen aan de lucht waren aangepast, voelden de ochtends koud en verfrissend, en we genoten een geweldige nacht slaap."
