"Due to traffic restrictions, we didn't set off from Chengdu for Bipenggou until 8 AM. It was an all-expressway drive, and we reached the hotel around 11 AM. The front desk staff were very welcoming and assigned us a room on the third floor. Waking up and drawing the curtains in the morning was a delightful surprise; I never expected to have a direct view of the stunning sunrise illuminating the golden peaks. It was absolutely breathtaking. **Facilities:** The hotel has an elevator, and the rooms are quite new. Each room is equipped with a smart water dispenser, which is much more convenient and hygienic than a traditional electric kettle. The bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design and come with smart toilets. There's also a parking lot, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. **Cleanliness:** The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. **Location & Environment:** The surroundings are pleasant, and we could see snow-capped mountains right from our window. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bipenggou Tourist Center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. **Service:** The service was warm and attentive."

"The room had a nice view and a great location, just past Bipenggou and inside Lixiaolu. The service was also good, but I encountered quite a few problems: 1. There was a charging station (two charging guns) in the parking lot, but when I arrived in the evening, it wasn't working. I asked around and was told the wiring was burnt out and hadn't been repaired yet. 2. The front desk kindly helped me operate the washing machine, saying the whole washing and drying process would take 3-4 hours and they would collect it the next morning. However, when I checked in the morning, the washing machine was still stuck with 3 hours remaining, it had malfunctioned, and the clothes were still wet and completely unwashed. I was in a hurry to leave, so there were really a lot of issues."
