The owner was incredibly welcoming, helped us plan our travel itinerary, and even told us where to find wild mushrooms!"

"I genuinely recommend this hotel! The stay in the Twin Mountain View Room was a pleasant surprise. The high floor and floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view; you could see the colorful mountain glow in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, and the twin beds were spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with a companion. The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. There's a gym on the 6th floor, ideal for a quick workout to stretch out. They even provide yoga mats and yoga balls, which is so convenient for female travelers wanting to stretch and relax. The outdoor succulent landscape is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos, making for a great viewing experience. Overall, it's conveniently located, with a quiet and serene environment. Both the facilities and services are top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lixian!"

Het hotel biedt ook gratis ontbijt.. de kamer is ruime en schone...we kunnen de sneeuwhellige berg zien van onze hotelkamer...met slechts RM100 per nacht, het hotel is het zeker waard 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻"

Very thoughtful as it was extremely cold and we were travelling with children. The room had heaters, bed heater, and hot water. Late check-out was also allowed at a very reasonable price. The owner even arranged transport to the bus station due to heavy snowfall. A very positive first experience in China. Thank you to the wonderful hotel team."

"Ik had een prachtig verblijf in het Namu Lake Resort in Bipenggou. Mijn kamer had een directe berguitzicht en wakker op zo'n mooi landschap was echt onthoudend. Het complimentaire Chinese Jaarbuffet was een prachtige verrassing. Het eten was heerlijk en de feestelijke sfeer maakte de ervaring nog bijzonderer. Ik waardeerde ook het gedachtevolle paard zacht speelgoed dat werd gegeven als een welkom cadeau voor het Jaar van het paard. Het resort biedt een premium en unieke ervaring in Bipenggou. Maar vervoersregelingen in de regio kunnen uitdagende zijn, vooral voor gasten die niet zelfrijden. Het zou nuttig zijn als het resort duidelijker richtsnoeren of bijstand zou kunnen geven om de aankomst en de vertrekregeling soepeler te maken. Over het algemeen, ik genoot mijn verblijf en waardeer de gastvrijheid."

"kan Ik kwam om 1 uur te laat voor check-in. Eerst dachten we dat we op de verkeerde plek kwamen omdat alle lichten uit waren, maar eigenlijk had het hotel al gesloten voor de nacht. Our car had a minor problem, and the owner immediately contacted a friend to help fix it. The auntie at the guesthouse was very welcoming, and the yak and wild mushroom stew she made was delicious. The vegetables were homegrown by her and were very sweet and tasty 😋. This wonderful guesthouse is highly recommended!"
