説真話，下次如果再來這地方，我依然會選擇住這裏，用攜程接近20年了，能做到這麼多評論還可以是零差評的，服務這點可以説是不輸五星級酒店的，甚至很多走中高端路線的民宿，服務超越五星級酒店的，這家店的服務，沒得説，定下來房間第一時間聯繫客人，詢問到店的時間，再告知路線和是否開車，怎麼安排停車，一切服務應有盡有… 定的這間房，就是為了看日落的，趕在太陽下山前，去到了酒店，結果，我那不爭氣的摺疊屏手機卻在關鍵時候關機了，充半天都不開機，鬱悶死我了，當時店裡小姐姐給準備了下午茶，看着就美味可口，因為我生理期不適合喝菊花茶，還給我換成了咖啡…真的無比感激小姐姐的服務👍👍好在孩子因為在小梅沙海洋世界裏玩了潛水，時間太久了，冷到了。到了酒店第一時間把陽台泡池放滿，孩子看着日落，吃着美味的下午茶點心，驅散了全身的寒氣。孩子突然來的一句話，讓我覺得一切都值了“（⊙o⊙）哇，原來這個酒店的日落真的好美啊”。雖然遺憾沒有拍到那麼美的日落，但是最起碼我和我的寶貝，親眼目睹了，晚上孩子睡了，我就坐陽台看星星…滿天繁星，這感覺，真的很好！ 酒店的洗浴用品也特別好的，都是全新的，然後，給孩子洗了兩次頭髮，都不會乾枯打結，特別的滋潤柔順，説明東西確實不錯。孩子喜歡那個洗護用品的味道，臨走時還説要帶走，等着下次去別的地方旅行時候用。 第二天離開酒店前，孩子去旁邊《阿卡那拉琉璃海沙灘》玩水了，玩得不想走，然後到了退房時間，跟小姐姐商量延遲退房，特別温和的説，可以的。那一刻，真的被暖到了，一個人帶娃出門，會有各種狀況，又不想影響孩子出來玩的心情，真的，被理解的心情，太感謝了。 酒店的早餐很不錯，然後就在琉璃海上面的景觀餐廳，位置絕了👍👍 離開時候，孩子還問下次是否還可以來這裏住，那次學的可以。這裏時候放鬆式的遛娃…真的是度假的那種，我也特別喜歡。 整個房間寬敞舒服，衞生也是無可挑剔的，冰箱裏還暖心的準備可樂和零食，過了一個舒適安靜的夜晚… 抽空一定再去。

Dit hotel was perfect voor mijn reis naar Huaqiangbei met mijn partner – een perfecte 10/10! Het ligt ongelooflijk dicht bij het commerciële district Huaqiangbei, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van trendy elektronicawinkels en een straat vol heerlijke restaurants. Of je nu op zoek bent naar populaire snacks, gadgets wilt bekijken of na het diner een ontspannen wandeling wilt maken, alles is heel gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het nabijgelegen metrostation is ook makkelijk te bereiken, waardoor het handig is om andere bezienswaardigheden in Shenzhen te bezoeken. Er is ook gratis parkeergelegenheid voor automobilisten, dus het plannen van je reis is een fluitje van een cent. De kamer was gezellig en schoon, ruim maar niet benauwd, en uitzonderlijk goed onderhouden. Het beddengoed was zacht, schoon en geurvrij, en de badkamer was brandschoon, zonder verborgen hoekjes. De algehele sfeer was comfortabel en privé, waardoor het ideaal is voor stellen. De kamer was goed uitgerust en doordacht ontworpen. Het matras had precies de juiste stevigheid, wat zorgde voor een ontspannen nachtrust. De kamer had uitstekend natuurlijk licht en ventilatie, perfect voor een gezellig gesprek bij het raam in de avond. Er waren voldoende oplaadpunten voor onze telefoons, camera's en andere apparaten. De constante stroom warm water, 24 uur per dag, maakte douchen en baden een aangename ervaring. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en attent, en het in- en uitchecken verliep efficiënt en snel. Ze gaven ons zelfs nog handige tips voor minder bekende restaurants en leuke uitgaansgelegenheden in Huaqiangbei, wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Dit verblijf was uitzonderlijk comfortabel en bood een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Of je nu gaat winkelen in Huaqiangbei of een date hebt in Shenzhen, ik kan deze plek van harte aanbevelen. Ik zal er zeker weer voor kiezen als ik de volgende keer met mijn partner ben!

I enjoyed my stay in the MGM Shenzhen so much the room was fantastic as was the seaview. We also have front desk representative took us to the room and explained everything concisely and with great enthusiasm so that we could get the best stay in the hotel we enjoyed our stay so much. 海星 continued to keep us updated through WeChat on daily activities available at the hotel and helped us book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Allowing me to fully relaxed and carefree! Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties and of high quality. Will definitely return in the future!

Ik was aangenaam verrast door dit hotel! De omgeving is elegant en de locatie is superhandig om vanuit het centrum te bereiken. De kamers zijn gezellig en artistiek, en het Bella Restaurant met zijn heerlijke eten en inrichting is werkelijk verbluffend – een perfecte plek voor die Instagram-waardige foto's. Een speciale pluim voor de conciërge en de servicemedewerkers; ze waren enthousiast, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat onze reis extra comfortabel en vrolijk maakte. Het zand aan het strand is heerlijk fijn en het water is kristalhelder; onze kleine genoot er volop van! We komen zeker terug!

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier. De kamers waren schoon en het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Ik kan hun diner van harte aanbevelen, het was een zeer redelijke prijs voor de bediening en het eten was fantastisch. De fotograaf was ook erg geduldig met ons en heeft prachtige foto's van ons gemaakt. Het zwembad en de bar zijn geschikt voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen, een echte aanrader! Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven. Bedankt aan het personeel dat ons snel te woord stond, erg vriendelijk.

We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Would be back again if opportunity allows! ———————————— 我们在 UrCove 酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店位置便利，步行即可到达粤海门地铁站（E 出口有电梯），而且地铁站很新。距离机场线只有两站，出行十分方便。 酒店位于较新的办公区，晚上环境安静，适合休息。酒店还贴心地提供了免费早餐，虽然行程关系没能充分享用，但依然让人感到惊喜。 工作人员整体非常友善、乐于助人。虽然平时比较忙，但多次协助我们领取包裹，每次都很耐心。酒店也提供免费的洗衣区，工作人员甚至主动提出可以将洗好的衣物送回房间，服务十分周到。 总体来说，这是一次非常不错的入住体验，我们对酒店的服务和整体感受都很满意，值得推荐。

From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

Het is hier heerlijk vertoeven in de zomer. Het is er zelfs op regenachtige dagen niet warm. Weg van de drukte van de stad, een paar drankjes drinken met vrienden en een romantische ontmoeting beleven. [Wang Chai]

De locatie is uitstekend, op 20 minuten met de taxi van de haven van Futian. Het hotel is verbonden met het winkelcentrum, wat erg handig is, en u hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over zon en regen. Wanneer u uitstapt bij het hotel, komt het personeel naar u toe om u te helpen de deur te openen en uw bagage te dragen. Ik wil Jay, de medewerker bij de receptie, in het bijzonder prijzen voor zijn vriendelijke glimlach, goede service en proactieve hulp. De kamer is ook erg comfortabel en biedt een goed gevoel van ruimte. Deze keer had ik een kamer op de 13e verdieping geboekt, met een prachtig uitzicht. Ik kom hier zeker weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik Parijs bezoek!
