Waarom gaf de service een slechte beoordeling, omdat ik veel bagage had meegenomen toen ik wegging. De dienstdoende man aan de deur stond daar gewoon te kijken. . . dit is niet wat een 5-sterrenhotel zou bieden. Zou het kunnen dat hij een taxi belde zodat hij toekeek hoe mensen gerechten bestelden? Ik hoop dat het hotel aandacht besteedt aan het serviceniveau van het welkomstpersoneel aan de deur

The design is great and it locates in CBD ShenZhen. Good for business trip and family. The swimming pool, gym and restaurant are in 31 floor with great city view.

We were really happy with our stay and the hotel was excellent. The rooms were large and clean with a stunning view of the city and the location is very convenient right next to the Metro. The staff is really friendly and a special thanks goes out to Mr. William who made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

Hotel location is excellent, just outside MTR station. Room is really sizable and very comfortable bed. High floor have a good view of the city.
The restroom has sewage smell.

Hotel is near the subway and the new “attraction” in shenzhen which is one avenue. The room we got have great views and amazing sunrise views.

Honestly,
it was not as good as I expected.
The hotel design is quite dated and observable dirt marks on the carpet. The hotel interior and room are super smelly, can smell strong cigarettes. The cleanliness is just okay.
For breakfast, it has a good selection except that all tea is not hot.
Though it is near to metro station, there are still lots of choices within this range of budget.

Decent breakfast option, very specious room with a nice view from the bathtub, helpful staff. Nothing to complain about the swimming pool or other facilities.

Beyond my expectations. The room cleanliness, the modern design and the staffs were really helpful during the stay. Will definitely comes back when I’m in Shenzhen.
