"Faciliteiten: Zeer nieuw en licht. Er is een groot overdekt v-park en de jongere kinderen waren dolgelukkig. Hoewel mijn kind ouder is, ging ze ook naar binnen en speelde ze lang. De Elephant Zoo is erg klein met niet veel dieren. Tickets zijn vereist, maar het hotel gaf ons de grote tickets als cadeau. We betaalden 29 om op eigen kosten te vissen en hadden veel plezier. De kleine varkentjes zijn zo schattig. Er zijn een aantal karts, VR-spellen en draaimolens die door derden worden beheerd en waar je op kunt spelen. De prijzen zijn niet heel hoog. Er is een waterfort en een onlangs geopend groot waterpark buiten. Helaas was het koud en durfden we er niet heen. We komen in de zomer terug.
Wat de veiligheid van de faciliteiten betreft, vind ik persoonlijk dat de leuningen op de verdiepingen van het hotel wat laag zijn. Iedereen moet dus voorzichtig zijn.
Hygiëne: Zeer schoon, het beddengoed is fris en zeer comfortabel. Ik vind het matras erg fijn. Het is het meest comfortabele van de vier hotels waar ik tijdens deze reis heb verbleven (Tianyu, R&F Ocean, Guoguang). Het is ook het enige hotel dat wegwerpbadzakken en toilethoezen aanbiedt, wat een verrassing is!
Omgeving: Zeer sfeervol en licht
Service: De huishoudster Xiaoman was erg goed en attent. Ze reageerde snel en nam een dag van tevoren contact met me op om te vragen naar mijn wensen. Ze deed haar best om binnen haar bevoegdheid aan mijn wensen te voldoen en maakte reserveringen voor me voor alle kinderactiviteiten in het hotel. Ze stuurde me ook de hotelkaart en upgradede onze kamer. Ik ben haar erg dankbaar voor haar attente service.
Eten: Behalve het ontbijt heb ik in het restaurant van het hotel zelf geen andere maaltijden genuttigd. Het ontbijt was matig, niet goed en niet slecht. Er zijn ook restaurants van derden, Shunde Restaurant en Platinum Thai Cuisine. Het is verbazingwekkend dat ze daadwerkelijk theekosten rekenen. Wanneer is deze slechte gewoonte van Guangzhou overgewaaid naar Lingshui? Ik ben nog nooit een restaurant tegengekomen dat theekosten rekent in Sanya en Yalong Bay."

"I recently had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Hainan. The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was particularly inviting, featuring a charming wooden floor that added a homely touch.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the tranquility of the hotel. I enjoyed a peaceful environment, free from noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which allowed me to fall asleep easily. I was so comfortable that I overslept and was only awoken by the doorbell when my friend arrived!
The bed was incredibly comfortable.

之前去過上海的花間堂，説實話這次的體驗有些不在自己的期待之內。抵達之前就收到酒店的提示，花間泊在景區裏面，因此自駕需要提前報備車牌號。打車的話，酒店是説提前五分鐘告知他們，他們會派人來接。但是當我快要抵達時，致電給酒店幾次，電話沒有被接通，衹能自己拖着行李箱走進去。離店時也是剛好碰到另外一組客人要離開，才知道酒店提供休閑車接送到景區門口。
歡迎水果可能是錯過了，並沒有收到。原本在前一天預約了海娜手繪活動，但去到當天被臨時告知老師請假了。雖然也得以自己嘗試手繪，但希望類似的事情可以處理得更好一些，比如能早點通知客人，好讓客人可以早點調整行程。浴室的水温不是很穩定，但問題不大。"

Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well.
Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!"

GGastgebruiker發小跟我説發現了一個寶藏美景，拉着我從海口直奔陵水開啟了説走就走的旅行。開了2個多小時車的來到在富力灣裏麪一個兩棟別墅組成的海景度假民宿。當進入民宿大堂透過巨大的落地窗看到外面湛藍的海景我就震驚了。
這裏配套齊全，接待我們的店長很熱情，幫我們安頓好行李之後帶我們介紹參觀了一下別墅的配套設施，就如我拍的照片（渣渣拍照水平，現場比照片美多了），院子裏有大大的泳池，還有草地，有露營的桌椅，你可以暢遊，可以坐在躺椅上發呆，也可以來一杯咖啡靜靜看着大海。
別墅裏也提供訂餐，我們訂了海鮮大餐，味道真的贊。
要是能早起，還能到樓頂天台看日出，看着金色的陽光灑在海面上，一切都讓人心恍神怡。對了，別墅附近就是最美旅遊公路，看着那湛藍的海面，你會感覺一切都是恰到好處。

The sea is a 3 min walk; there is a coffee shop and supermarket nearby. The beach is long and wide. A shopping mall with many food options is 10 min by e-bike. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

GGastgebruikerIk heb onlangs in Raffles Clearwater Bay verbleven. Ik ben Diana zeer dankbaar voor haar zorgvuldige service. Hoewel ik er maar één dag verbleef, voelde ik me hier thuis. Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat ik erg onder de indruk ben van de zeer comfortabele omgeving en complete faciliteiten van dit hotel.
Mevrouw Diana was super attent. Omdat het mijn verjaardag was, heeft ze het speciaal voor mij geregeld en een kleine verrassing voorbereid. Het was zo gedetailleerd en hartverwarmend! De faciliteiten van het hotel zijn ook zeer compleet. De kamers zijn ruim en licht en de bedden zijn comfortabel. We hebben hier een aangename nacht doorgebracht. Over het algemeen was ik zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf in Raffles Clearwater Bay. Ik zal dit hotel aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden en kijk ernaar uit om er de volgende keer weer te verblijven. Als ik de kans krijg, hoop ik dat het hotel deze hoogwaardige service kan blijven behouden, zodat iedere gast hier een fijne vakantie kan beleven.

Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

GGastgebruikerHet hotel heeft gloednieuwe faciliteiten en een grote ruimte. De omgeving is zeer geschikt voor kinderen. Het ontwerp is dromerig en de indeling is redelijk, waardoor het geschikt is voor een familievakantie.
Wat de hoteldiensten betreft, is er zodra je incheckt een huishoudster die het hele proces opvolgt en op tijd afhandelt. Vooral mijn lieve huishoudster Cici is erg aardig en pakt allerlei zaken op een attente manier aan. Hierdoor vind ik dat het geld dat ik uitgeef, het meer dan waard is! De emotionele waarde is groot!
De reisfotografieservice van het hotel is het hoogtepunt van deze reis! Mulan Travel Photography bevindt zich in het ouder-kindgebouw. Wanneer u incheckt, ontvangt u 5 geretoucheerde foto's en een video van 15 seconden. De totale prijs is zeer kosteneffectief. De visagiste maakt de schilderijen van de kinderen heel delicaat en natuurlijk, en de esthetiek staat online! De fotograaf is zeer professioneel en begeleidde de kinderen en volwassenen. Ik ben zo tevreden met de foto's. Het effect is geweldig! Kom de volgende keer zeker weer!
Het hotel biedt de hele dag door ouder-kindactiviteiten, knutselactiviteiten en spelletjes aan, 🫰🐰 waardoor ze nog lang zal blijven hangen!

AAnonieme gebruikerDe kamer was schoon en had niet de decoratiegeur van een onlangs geopend hotel. Oorspronkelijk was ik van plan een dag te blijven om de situatie te bekijken. Na aankomst in het hotel was de receptioniste Summer druk bezig met het helpen met de bagage en het maken van reserveringen voor kinderen activiteiten. Er was geen fooi vereist. De kamer kijkt uit op de zee van Tufu Bay en we kunnen meer dan 100 meter naar het strand lopen. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik een schathotel heb gevonden. De belangrijkste reden is dat het personeel zeer verantwoordelijk is en altijd nadenkt en problemen oplost ons perspectief, dus verlengde ik mijn verblijf met nog eens drie dagen, waardoor de levensduur van de batterij voor deze reis naar Hainan werd verlengd. We willen graag al het personeel bedanken voor hun hulp en zorg voor ons. Bedankt allemaal. Ik zal hier weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Hainan kom.

GGastgebruikerIk ben al vaker in Hainan geweest, maar dit is de eerste keer voor een pure vakantie. Ik wil vooral de hoteldame Julie Pan Yu bedanken voor haar doordachte regelingen. Dat is wat ik wilde, zodat ik me niet zou vervelen, zelfs niet als ik een paar dagen in het hotel zou blijven. Ik vond de nightfall ceremonie 's avonds en het uitgebreide ontbijt 's ochtends het leukst. Het Chinese restaurant en het Thaise restaurant van het hotel zijn beide heerlijk. De algemene faciliteiten en het serviceniveau zijn erg goed! De volgende keer verblijf ik weer in het Capella Hotel!

CCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. GGastgebruikerLovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

GGastgebruikerThis hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
