Hotels in Miami met balcony

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

De hotelkamer was zeer goed uitgerust. De bedden waren comfortabel en de matrassen waren zacht en stevig genoeg om goed te slapen. De airconditioning koelde goed en de internetverbinding was stabiel, wat volledig aan mijn dagelijkse behoeften voldeed. De badkamer was schoon en hygiënisch en de toiletartikelen waren van goede kwaliteit. Het eten en drinken smaakte ook erg goed. Bovendien zijn er veel snackbars in de buurt van het hotel, wat handig is om lokale specialiteiten te proeven. De locatie van het hotel is ook erg gunstig ten opzichte van het metrostation en het busstation. Al met al was mijn verblijf in het hotel zeer bevredigend en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. Ik zal dit hotel zeker weer kiezen als ik hier in de toekomst terugkom 👏.

Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Kamer: Groot en ruim, goed onderhouden en schoon. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en er werden dagelijks schone handdoeken verstrekt. We verbleven naast de fitnessruimte en het zwembad, en helaas was het daar soms behoorlijk lawaaiig. We waren blij met het balkon, maar er was geen uitzicht omdat het geblokkeerd was. De kamer was vrij donker, meer verlichting had geen kwaad gekund. Er stond een grote tv op de kamer, maar hoewel het een smart-tv was, kon deze niet worden aangesloten op apparaten. Neem een ​​HDMI-kabel mee als u series wilt streamen. Zwembad en fitnessruimte: Groter dan op de foto's, rustig in de ochtend, maar druk rond het middaguur en in de namiddag. Er waren niet veel ligstoelen, maar het zwembad en het zwembad zelf waren schoon en er waren voldoende gratis handdoeken, hoewel die opraken als het druk is. Beperkte faciliteiten in de fitnessruimte, slechts een paar loopbanden en gewichten. Een van de loopbanden was kapot, maar er waren handdoeken beschikbaar en de ruimte voelt nieuw en schoon aan. Personeel: De receptie was altijd erg behulpzaam en beschikbaar. We moesten wel twee keer vragen om nieuw toiletpapier en handdoeken, maar het werd uiteindelijk geregeld, ook al was het laat op de avond. Locatie: Zeer centraal, op loopafstand van alle cafés en restaurants in het centrum van Brickell. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer dat je vanaf station Brickell door Miami brengt. De omgeving voelde veilig aan, vooral omdat we met twee jonge vrouwen reisden. De bar op de 24e verdieping heeft een prachtig uitzicht en is een fijne plek om te werken of een drankje te doen. Hoewel het onderdeel is van een ander hotel, waren de medewerkers erg behulpzaam en gaven ze ons zonder problemen toegang. Al met al hebben we erg genoten van ons verblijf in Hotel Indigo, we zouden het zeker aanraden en het is een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Personal super freundlich, poolbereich ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, bieten alles was man benötigt.
