Hotels bij Bayfront Park, Miami

The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

De prijs is erg hoog, de kamer is erg klein, de badkamer is erg oud, de hygiëne is prima en er is geen ontbijt. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn OK. Het hotel bevindt zich in het terminalgebouw en is te voet bereikbaar vanaf de in- en uitgang van de luchthaven, wat handig is voor doorreis en tussenstops. I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

Het hotel is erg goed. Er is een pendeldienst naar de luchthaven. Het ontbijt is behoorlijk uitgebreid. Het ligt heel dicht bij de luchthaven. De geluidsisolatie van de kamer is niet goed. Je kunt het gebrul van het vliegtuig horen. Als je een lichte slaper, je zou het moeten overwegen.

Zeer tevreden over het hotel en de boekingservaring! Ik heb het hotel geboekt via ”Ctrip”. Het hotel is stijlvol ingericht, schoon en hygiënisch. Het in- en uitchecken gaat erg snel. Het hotel heeft 24 uur per dag een shuttlebus naar Miami Airport, elke 15 minuten, en het ontbijt is op de begane grond. Het smaakt erg goed. Het zwembad is ook op de begane grond. Een vijfsterrenaanbeveling! Het hotel ligt direct naast de luchthaven, heel dichtbij, je kunt de vliegtuigen zien opstijgen en landen, en de geluidsisolatie is erg goed! Bedankt Ctrip!

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Room, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
