"其實這個酒店的主樓還在建造中，現在衹開放了木屋（包括星空房和樹屋）區域，這也就是解釋了為什麼感覺目前的前台比較侷促，和餐廳混在一起，而且去水樂園需要坐接駁車。
剛到還以為是雲南的森泊不太一樣，基礎房就是木屋了，後來外出就餐才發現大門口的工地看着像是酒店主樓。
👍整體的體驗很好，工作人員很熱情，有耐心。房間補給非常及時。
有晾衣架，沒有洗衣房，需要自己洗衣服。
早餐豐盛，小朋友吃得很滿意。
管家推薦了很多當地美食。
酒店有面向小朋友的活動，我們由於趕時間沒有參加。
水樂園單人門票:訂的房型包含兩人門票，目前開放室內區域。補票的話小朋友98，大人68"

After soaking, the skin is slippery. The private soup in the room is boiler water, but this is completely understandable! The hotel is in the flower street, next to the net red snack street, the street is the chic special beef soup pot, but in fact, the Sanshi restaurant next to the hotel is also a treasure restaurant, the iron tilapia is delicious, the beet soup is delicious, the soup pot rice noodles are also delicious, in short, this hotel is perfect!"

很值，超大的套房，房間的設施跟佈置，材質，都非常在線。本來定的家庭房，前台給免費升級了豪華套房
遊玩累了回酒店深度休息，這錢花的還是很值，酒店的綠化環境超讚，睡醒吃完早餐在酒店內部逛逛呼吸新鮮空氣，這才叫度假🌹🌹🌹"

"觀日出的景色真的一級棒，浴缸在房間外，白天泡澡很舒服，一邊看景色一邊泡澡，但是我泡完了，竟然看到無人機，幸虧沒在我泡的時候看到，所以建議不能在酒店使用無人機，畢竟洗澡的都在外面。早餐的觀景也特別好。
有兩個需要改善的。一般酒店給的被子都不會太厚。比較舒服的。可是這裏的被子還是厚，白天跟前台反映過，前台説沒有多餘的，這服務差了些，一般總要有備用的薄一些的被子，以備不同體質顧客的需求，我晚上基本沒睡好，但我沒因為沒睡好直接給差評，衹是實事求是提出建議。
晚上洗澡水很燙，調不好，這點也要注意。"

"房間雖然不大，但是住得很舒服，還有榻榻米茶室，陽台，剛好我們帶了一衹侏儒兔放在陽台上。重點是這個酒店位置很好，走路幾分鐘是花街夜市，旁邊就是鳳凰廣場，晚上放炮的，跳舞的，一直歡樂到晚上十一點左右，元旦氛圍濃濃的，大人孩子都喜歡。我們帶娃住，被子有點不夠，問了下前台，很快就送來一床被子。還有關於旅遊諮詢，他們也都很熱情。哀牢山很值得一去。"

設計真的太戳心了，百年土基磚、老木樑和現代玻璃鋼構完美融合，陽光灑進中庭時，光影在牆面流轉，自然和藝術的碰撞太有美感了。推窗就是古樹葱鬱，房間裏陶罐裝着五層過濾的山泉水，泡茶喝滿口清甜，而且衞生做得超棒，床品軟乎乎的，躺上去瞬間卸下旅途疲憊。
服務更是暖到心坎裏，預訂後管家就會貼心發攻略和提示，到店還有超可愛的柯基臭臭迎接，看雲海會提醒最佳時間，有求必應的貼心感直接拉滿。離雲海日出觀景台衹有10分鐘步行路程，不用擠人潮，晨起看雲霧在羣山間翻湧，金光灑下時美到窒息，酒店還有小眾觀景機位，拍照巨出片！
餐食也完全不輸專業餐廳，都是戛灑本地的生態食材，土雞炊鍋、牛肉米線也超地道，特別推薦木姜子牛肉披薩！手工酸奶還能無限續杯，晚餐提前預訂就行，玩累了直接乾飯超安逸。
周邊玩法也超多，開車15分鐘到石門峽，30分鐘到金山原始森林，茶馬古道、南恩瀑布都順路，管家還能幫忙預約採茶、徒步向導，沿途還能買農户的新鮮橙子，性價比拉滿。
唯一小建議就是山裡温差大，一定要帶防風外套，想住觀景房建議提前預訂，節假日真的超火爆！在樹幾山舍的日子，晨起看雲海，午後在書房看書、露台品茶，傍晚看星空，時間慢下來的感覺太治癒，妥妥的哀牢山避世天花板，已經開始想念了"

"優點:1酒店位於南耀村，雖然叫民宿，但就條件來説絕對夠酒店標準，6層樓，帶電梯。2到達很晚，停車時一個下班的前台小姑娘看到我們，主動詢問情況，聯繫值班前台出來接我們。3設施齊備，條件很好。配的茶具和燒水壺很有格調，椅子坐感非常好，看得出選品用心。4早餐雖然簡單，但不限量，添加較為及時。5距離觀景台很近，開車不到10分鐘即可。6導航準確，民宿院子可停車，大約8 9輛的樣子，門前路邊大約5 6輛
建議:1民宿走廊竟然沒有廊燈設計，整個走廊幾乎是黑的，體驗感很不好。2前往民宿的道路部分路段狹窄，個別路段僅有一個車道，尤其晚上駕車心慌慌，能否提前主動聯繫客人，對道路進行説明，加以引導。
綜合評價:推薦有需要的友友入住。"

房間乾淨，安靜，舒適和整潔。前台小姐姐人很好，介紹周邊環境，為人熱情，我們出遊回來晚推遲退房也沒有因此不開心，反而很為我們着想，還幫我們把遺漏房間的物品回寄，優質酒店和服務是家人出遊首選，推薦。

朋友一起春節出遊，酒店環境對於一個小鎮來説還是不錯的。
1、温泉水温高，環境不錯，保安大哥挺負責。2、早餐相對豐富，但米線，麪條的口味不算太好，小紅腸是澱粉腸，孩子們吃一口就丟了，建議更換其他。3、因為有糖廠在附近，空氣裏面有一股臭味，對於第一次到店的客人不太適應，建議酒店在顧客入住前提前關窗並温馨提示。4、春節運營能力稍差，一個温泉酒店沒有浴袍，沒有曬衣桿，泡完温泉衣服沒有地方晾曬，不是很方便。5、客房衞生特別是浴室打掃不乾淨，也許是因為春節人多。6，7樓洗衣房洗衣機需要定期維護一下，因為沒有晾衣服的地方，想着用洗衣機洗下結果從晚上洗到早上沒洗好，洗衣機報錯故障無法正常開門，無奈衹有把電源拔了，衣服才拿出來，第一次整了幾小時，還是兩包濕衣服，衹能帶回家洗了。
春節760元多一間的價格與服務、配套設施不成正比，有點小失望，好在温泉還不錯孩子們也還玩得不錯。

De kamer is zeer hygiënisch en goed, de baas is zeer zorgvuldig en gemakkelijk om te vertrekken van de lange-afstandsstations dichtbij de overkant van de supermarkt en de airconditioning. Misschien kan ik niet met een telecommander bellen. Misschien kan ik de baas gewoon gebruiken, maar te moe.
