"本來想玩哀牢山，住山裡的精品民宿，最後還是決定回戛灑住當地的五星級酒店，山裡的精品民宿價格還更貴，實際入住體驗選豪生真的好太多了
很值，超大的套房，房間的設施跟佈置，材質，都非常在線。本來定的家庭房，前台給免費升級了豪華套房
遊玩累了回酒店深度休息，這錢花的還是很值，酒店的綠化環境超讚，睡醒吃完早餐在酒店內部逛逛呼吸新鮮空氣，這才叫度假🌹🌹🌹"

"朋友一起春節出遊，酒店環境對於一個小鎮來説還是不錯的。
1、温泉水温高，環境不錯，保安大哥挺負責。2、早餐相對豐富，但米線，麪條的口味不算太好，小紅腸是澱粉腸，孩子們吃一口就丟了，建議更換其他。3、因為有糖廠在附近，空氣裏面有一股臭味，對於第一次到店的客人不太適應，建議酒店在顧客入住前提前關窗並温馨提示。4、春節運營能力稍差，一個温泉酒店沒有浴袍，沒有曬衣桿，泡完温泉衣服沒有地方晾曬，不是很方便。5、客房衞生特別是浴室打掃不乾淨，也許是因為春節人多。6，7樓洗衣房洗衣機需要定期維護一下，因為沒有晾衣服的地方，想着用洗衣機洗下結果從晚上洗到早上沒洗好，洗衣機報錯故障無法正常開門，無奈衹有把電源拔了，衣服才拿出來，第一次整了幾小時，還是兩包濕衣服，衹能帶回家洗了。
春節760元多一間的價格與服務、配套設施不成正比，有點小失望，好在温泉還不錯孩子們也還玩得不錯。"

"其實這個酒店的主樓還在建造中，現在衹開放了木屋（包括星空房和樹屋）區域，這也就是解釋了為什麼感覺目前的前台比較侷促，和餐廳混在一起，而且去水樂園需要坐接駁車。
剛到還以為是雲南的森泊不太一樣，基礎房就是木屋了，後來外出就餐才發現大門口的工地看着像是酒店主樓。
👍整體的體驗很好，工作人員很熱情，有耐心。房間補給非常及時。
有晾衣架，沒有洗衣房，需要自己洗衣服。
早餐豐盛，小朋友吃得很滿意。
管家推薦了很多當地美食。
酒店有面向小朋友的活動，我們由於趕時間沒有參加。
水樂園單人門票:訂的房型包含兩人門票，目前開放室內區域。補票的話小朋友98，大人68"

The location is very convenient, very close to the Huajie snack street, it is especially convenient to go out to eat beef soup pot at night and visit the night market. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the sanitation is in place, the room is spacious, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation is good, and the night sleeps well. The hotel is equipped with hot springs and swimming pools. It is a long-distance hot spring to soak in a hot spring, and the fatigue is relieved. There is plenty of parking space, there are charging piles, and self-driving is friendly. The front desk service is intimate and enthusiastic, and you can help in time if you need it. "房間雖然不大，但是住得很舒服，還有榻榻米茶室，陽台，剛好我們帶了一衹侏儒兔放在陽台上。重點是這個酒店位置很好，走路幾分鐘是花街夜市，旁邊就是鳳凰廣場，晚上放炮的，跳舞的，一直歡樂到晚上十一點左右，元旦氛圍濃濃的，大人孩子都喜歡。我們帶娃住，被子有點不夠，問了下前台，很快就送來一床被子。還有關於旅遊諮詢，他們也都很熱情。哀牢山很值得一去。"

服務：服務簡直就無可挑剔。不管早上還是晚上，衹要你出入酒店大門，都會很熱情的問好，簡直太棒了！這次出行還有長者，長者家門都比較問題多，但是酒店的服務人員都很耐心熱情的回答。
