The walls are thin as I heard the couple in the next room arguing as well as making up ALL NIGHT!The bathroom door appeared to be falling apart. I stayed here only because my husband was in a worked related accident and was admitted to the Burn Center at Doctors Hospital and it was close by and I had gone 26 hrs with no sleep. If I had more time to look for a place I would have."

"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"We booked here for only one night. The room was dirty. Staff was nice and kind. He tried to expedite the check in process as fast as he can despite the late night. However, our deposit of 100 USD got charged for no reason. We complied with the hotel rules and did not violate anything. I talked to trip.com officer and the process was so slow. We have been waiting for almost a day to get the reply and clarification about that 100 usd charge but no updates at all"

"we will never come to this this hotel again.. the guy in the kitchen is very rude.. we left there on Sunday an we couldn't even eat breakfast the food was horrible. coffee was old and when i told him he was very rude never again but i will say the room was very clean."
