Het algehele ontwerp van het hotel heeft een klassieke, elegante uitstraling, vrij uniek tegen de historische achtergrond. Het ziet er gracieus en groots uit en maakt een goede eerste indruk. 2. Het hotelontbijt is voortreffelijk en heerlijk, met sommige ingrediënten afkomstig van Sam's Club, wat de kwaliteit garandeert. Vooral de wontons zijn vers gemaakt met dunne deeglapjes en royale vullingen – een echte aanrader. De noedels met gestoofde varkensdarmen zijn ook erg lekker. 3. Ze boden afternoon tea en een knutselactiviteit voor kinderen aan, een attent gebaar, hoewel de prijs dat wel weerspiegelt. 4. Hoewel er geen lift is, hielp het personeel ons met het dragen van onze bagage naar onze kamer. Nu de minpunten: 1. De ontwerper was... onrealistisch en gaf prioriteit aan esthetiek boven functionaliteit. In onze loftkamer waren er geen individuele lichtschakelaars op de t****e verdieping, zelfs niet naast het bed. We moesten naar de deur om ze uit te zetten, wat erg onhandig was. 2. Sommige details in de indeling waren niet praktisch en hielden geen rekening met de looproutes. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld geen plek om koffers uit te vouwen en waren er weinig stopcontacten. Er waren echter wel een aantal stopcontacten op een ontoegankelijke plek onder de trap geplaatst, wat duidelijk wijst op een slechte planning tijdens de renovatie. 3. De geluidsisolatie was verschrikkelijk. Het leek alsof de buren vlak naast je stonden te praten, om nog maar te zwijgen van de irritante kinderen die 's avonds laat de trap op en af ​​renden. 4. De kwaliteit en houding van het personeel varieerden sterk. Sommigen reageerden snel, terwijl anderen traag waren en meerdere herinneringen nodig hadden. We vroegen om twee traagschuimkussens, maar er werd ons verteld dat er maar één beschikbaar was, en hetzelfde gebeurde de volgende dag. Het hotel bood geen extra kussens aan. Rond 23:30 uur, toen we de lichtschakelaar controleerden, ging het hoofdlicht aan, waardoor de hele kamer verlicht werd en het kind dat boven sliep volledig werd genegeerd. "Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here."

"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied."

"Ik was absoluut dolenthousiast over het hotel waar ik tijdens deze reis verbleef! De kamer was brandschoon, geen stofje te bekennen, wat getuigde van oog voor detail. "Voor een dagtrip naar Mount Emei koos ik voor Hampton by Hilton, nadat ik verschillende hotels had vergeleken. Nadat ik was ingecheckt, vond ik het echt goed. Het hotel heeft bergen, meren, bossen, warmwaterbronnen en heerlijk eten. De luchtkwaliteit is fantastisch, een perfecte plek om de longen te reinigen. De service is attent en hartelijk. Ik heb hier 3 dagen gelogeerd en 3 dagen genoten van de warmwaterbronnen. Ik wilde eigenlijk niet meer weg!"

"Ik ben een tijdje geleden naar Bifengxia geweest en heb in Muyunchunshu B&B overnacht.
