I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li and was blown away by the level of service provided. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Mia at the front office greeted me with a warm smile and unparalleled hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable also her attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out. The hotel's prime location near Taikoo Li added to the convenience, making it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu!

Hotel service is excellent, miss Huang (as hotel Reception), answers a lot of basic information that we asked as we are foreign travelers in China. We are most glad for her support and attentive care. From helping us to get laundry washed and dried, arrange for early check in and late check out, and also give a few tips on which place to eat and what to pay attention to during our holiday time in Chengdu. Also, as parting give, hotel give us a cute panda doll

Overall the hotel is recommended, services are good, staff very friendly, room was clean, only the location of the hotel is a bit far to TaiKooLi. But the experience was very good. There are a lot of stall food opposite the hotel during midnight time. There is also a 7-11 opposite the hotel, so it is very convenience for traveller.

An great location for the hotel to be near places of interest and shopping district (Chunxi road) and near the train station (walking distance). Staff was helpful and nice. Only discomfort for the room air-conditioning not controllable (central unit) as advised.

This high - quality hotel with excellent service , very good staff and etc .
Which is mercure hotel Chengdu was one of my memorable stays. Why ?
The minute we arrived a staff called George, helped us with our bags immediately in a kind manner . Once we checked another helpful staff called Mia explained to us which restaurants to eat and what to see in Chengdu . Her recommendations were fantastic.The room we booked was the cheapest room , and the hotel also gave us free food in the fridge . When we did the laundry they had a service were they could do it for us . My favourite about this was the location it was really near to malls and shops.I really appreciated all the hard work generated by all the staff and the hotel.

We ❤️ this hotel a lot. Free Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Free afternoon tea. Free breakfast. Friendly hotel staffs and excellent hotel services, particularly the hotel staff 何姣 and 彭亞楠 who had helps us a lot in the tourist attraction arrangement and transportation arrangement. Great work and please keep up the great work. We will go back to this hotel again for our next trip to Chengdu. 🥰
