房間温馨乾淨，地熱暖和，早餐中西結合免費，午餐晚餐很便宜（聽説廚師是那一片最好的），品種繁多上檔次，私湯温泉大氣典雅。還備有能量小食禮盒:飲料和餅乾。特別服務人員熱心，老闆特別好！

We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

I booked three rooms for a weekend with friends. Hiking and hot spring experience. The location is good, it is close to the scenic aerea and park entrance.The hot spring aerea was for our experience small with many construction sites. The breakfast was ok. The dinner was good.

Service by receptionist was very good , we had some food that was cold so she offered to take it to the kitchen to reheat for us n brought it back to our room by a robot waiter . The free Onsen bath was a added bonus n we could wash our dirty laundry in a laundry room complete with dryer for free . Exceptional service from the staff and will highly recommend this hotel Free Coffee n herbal drink n titbits provided 24hrs for free too .

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days. The place is very safe and accessible to metro, a nice stroll to the mall as well. The space was very clean with a great ambiance and the landlord was such a kind man of great help with all we needed during our stay . We totally enjoyed the stay and we’d 100% recommend.

春節帶家人過年，50平方的園景房間很大氣寬敞，房間內可以泡温泉，中式沙發帶台桌，有當地特產飲料和水果小點心，房間暖氣足很暖。負一層有公共湯池和熱炕，服務態度很好。除夕可以訂餐，送餃子。遠離城市鞭炮喧嘩，空氣好肅靜。三公里左右有關門山景區，可以走走跑跑。早餐樣式比較豐富。總之家裡人比較滿意。

超級棒，超級棒，性價比之王，房間大，在房間裏可以看發現王國每晚的煙花，屬於華住會旗下酒店，當地國資集團，一樓公共衞生間乾淨整潔如自家廁所，我們眼看阿姨趴在地上用刷子刷地，樓下有自家的大排檔，5分鐘從酒店走到沙灘，邊上還有温泉，連住2個晚上，日子過得滋潤。

Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.

設施：新開業不久，設施都很先進 衞生：衞生很好，打掃很乾凈，泡温泉之前可以要求前台派人給池子消毒。 環境：山上空氣很好，夜晚很多星星 服務：我是4號去的，元旦三天給前台這幾個孩子累壞了，雖然很疲憊，對我們也是服務沒有懈怠 尤其是給孩子上陶藝課的那個小老弟，對顧客和孩子充滿耐心和愛心，勝任這份工作
