Faciliteiten: De faciliteiten zijn geweldig. Zodra u binnenkomt, voelt u de zorg van de ontwerper. De douche, het toilet en de wastafel zijn allemaal apart, zodat een gezin hier zonder enige impact op het gebruik kan verblijven. Hygiëne: Zorgvuldig schoongemaakt Omgeving: Het hotel is prachtig ingericht in antieke stijl met kenmerken van Suzhou. Het heeft een mooi aangelegde tuin, biedt bij elke stap een nieuw uitzicht en heeft zeer goede verlichting. Service: De service was erg hartelijk, de mooie dame bij de receptie was attent en attent, en ze bood ons ook gratis afternoon tea aan en de gebakjes waren heerlijk. Het algemene gevoel is heel goed. Suzhou heeft prachtige mensen en een prachtig landschap. Ik kom de volgende keer zeker weer. Ik raad het iedereen aan.

The hotel was beautiful and in a very convenient location. My family is especially grateful for the help of staff member Ms. Zang Jingxuan. Thanks to her, our family vacation went smoothly and wonderfully. If I have the opportunity to visit to Yangzhou again, I will definitely choose this place😊.

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

This hotel was incredibly clean, with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was outstanding, super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Their exceptional service made the stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really great. The facilities are v new and superb. The decor has many details filled with aesthetic creativity. For example, I love the way they put a rectangular ring of light behind the TV which makes the room look very tasteful and elegant. The slanted roof of the room supported by beams is another marvel, giving the room a mixed classical Japanese and Chinese ambience. The staff is very nice and detail-oriented, giving me milk before bed and a hand-written wishing card. I love the hotel. For such services and architectural excellence,the price of 1200hkd is absolutely a bargain.

酒店位置非常好，就在御碼頭，步行就能到花街和裏運河，離老商區新亞商場和新商區萬象城都是打車起步價的距離。房間裝修精緻，有點法式風，前台給免費升級了房型，體驗舒適。早餐品種還可以，長魚麪很好吃推薦！最值得誇的是服務態度，超級貼心，入住送了下午茶和歡迎水果，晚上很晚還給送了晚安甜湯，第二天上午又送了前一天沒喝的下午茶飲料，退房時還給娃送了禮物，所有工作人員都友好又熱情。

The main reason for me to choose this resort hotel is due to its nearest distance to the Safari Park Panda House. The hotel room and bed are very big to me. I can even see the kangaroos are playing happily outside my room window. The cleanliness of the hotel room is also satisfied especially must thanks to Xiao Wu (小五管家）who was servicing and taking care me very well during my stay👍. Last but not least, the variety choices of hotel breakfast is also excellent and delicious.
