Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs.
Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef.
All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory.
I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

Otel konum olarak çok iyiydi, otel binası güzeldi, termal havuzu spa kısmı güzeldi. Odalar ferahtı, oda genel olarak temizdi, kahvaltısı cok başarılıydı. Bundan sonra Bursa'daki otelimiz Ramada Bursa Çekirge olacak.
Tek önerim otelden Uludağ'a shuttle servisi konulabilir. Bu durum müşteriler açısından cok faydalı olacaktır. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.

Ik heb drie nachten in dit hotel doorgebracht en was over het algemeen zeer tevreden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral bij de receptie. Het in- en uitchecken verliep snel en soepel.
De kamer was schoon, goed uitgerust en bood een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het bed was comfortabel en de badkamer was modern en hygiënisch. De kamer werd elke dag grondig schoongemaakt.
Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd en heerlijk – er was vers fruit, verschillende soorten brood, vleeswaren, kaas en warme gerechten. De koffie was ook erg goed.
De locatie van het hotel is ideaal – centraal, met goede toegang tot het openbaar vervoer. Veel bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand.
Mijn enige kleine kritiekpunt: de wifi was soms wat traag.
Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen en zou er graag terugkeren.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense.
The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night.
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious.
The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience.
Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience.
The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The famous Iskander kebab cafe is a 3-minute walk away. 1867. It is considered to be the best in Buos Iskander kebab. In the room there is a bathrobe and slippers. For three people only one shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Breakfast buffet from 8 am

GGuest UserBeautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

MMuniheiJGThe room was nice, and I had a good rest. Parking is available in front of the hotel; just give the key to the front desk, and someone will take care of it. The hotel exchanges foreign currency (mainly Euros and US dollars). Breakfast is on the basement level and is quite refreshing.
