"(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler!
From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool!
When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹)
The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious!
Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks!
So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip.

The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less.
Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough.

"My first stay at Tianjing International Hotel in a city view king room was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an excellent view, allowing me to take in the entire city nightscape. The whole room featured smart controls, with curtains and lights operated by a single button. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, dual sinks, a large bathtub, and a smart toilet. The toiletries were of good quality. All snacks and drinks in the room's minibar were complimentary, and a refrigerator and safe were also provided.
The hotel facilities are excellent. There's both above-ground and underground parking, with fast and slow charging stations available, making it very friendly for electric car owners. The 24-hour butler service was responsive, and complimentary coffee, fruit, and snacks were available all day on the first floor. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The gym and self-service laundry and drying rooms were also fully equipped. Overall, the hygiene was excellent, and the soundproofing was good. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely choose it again when I visit Suihua. Highly recommended! "When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had."

"Отель был выбран как промежуточный пункт между двумя рейсами и оправдал ожидания. Трансфер заказали через приложение. Автомобиль прибыл за нами в аэропорт вовремя. Ехали до отеля 8 мтнут. Фото номера соответствуют действительности. Все чисто и аккуратно. В отеле тихо, можно спокойно отдохнуть.
Единственный недочет: предоставляются только мягкие тапочки, резиновых тапочек нет. Резинового коврика в душевой нет, а пол очень скользкий, из-за чего я поскользнулся и разбил глаз об торчащий угол полочки. За это снижаю баллы.
Поскольку у нас был ранний вылет, завтрак предоставили в 04:30 утра. Завтрак азиатский по типу шведского стола. Трансфер в аэропорт отправился, как и запланировано, ровно в 5 утра.
В целом, отелем и предоставленным сервисом остался доволен. Но рекомендую предоставлять хотя бы одну пару резиновых тапочек на номер, чтобы избежать подобных инцидентов в душевой."

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

Staying for consecutive nights also came with free breakfast. The restaurant was fantastic, with a great atmosphere and well-equipped facilities. Breakfast is available until 12 noon, and the service was warm and attentive, with smiling faces every day. They even gave us a small gift upon check-out. Highly deserve a thumbs up! What surprised me the most were the welcome fruits in the room and the complimentary mini-bar afternoon tea; they really paid attention to the details. The hotel was very thoughtful with its choice of linens and the quality of the amenities. Even the placement of the trash can was carefully designed. A rare highlight is the family room for three, which is a huge convenience for families traveling together. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, coffee, and simple desserts daily from 2 PM to 4 PM during your stay, which feels like a service upgrade, providing a relaxing spot for travelers. This is definitely a recommendable feature. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is decent, offering both Western and Chinese options that meet basic requirements. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, making it a top choice for tourism. The service is satisfactory, and the price is moderate. I recommend experiencing it. Anonymous UserThe location is excellent, close to the Songhua River railway, and just a 10-minute walk to the riverside for a stroll. It's very convenient to take the bus to Zhonghua Baroque Street and Jile Temple. You can also take the subway to nearby attractions. Central Street is also within walking distance, about 15-20 minutes. The hotel room is very spacious, the mattress is super comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. I'd definitely come back again! The complimentary afternoon coffee and cookies were also a nice touch!

Guest UserFirst-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub.
Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels.
Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room!
Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies.
Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away.
My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me.
Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this.
The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle.
The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.

The pros:
1. The location of the hotel is superb, Right on the Northern side of zhongyangdajie.
2. The gym is adequate, it has good strength training options. Unfortunately the AC doesn't work in the room itself.
3. The staff was happy to allow us a late checkout.
The cons:
1. The entrance to the hotel does not have a ramp to go up with the luggage so one must lift it over the stairs into the lobby. I didn't expect that in a 4 star hotel.
2. I've made a reservation for a non smoking room, away from the elevator but got a room with smoke smell, close to the elevator. The staff showed me 3 more rooms but the first two also had smoke smell. Finally we got a room without smell and far from the elevator.
3. The breakfast, in my humble opinion, was subpar. Not too many western options.
4. The hotel doesn't look clean. The surroundings of the elevator need more work.
All in all I was a bit disappointed, considering the price.

Our stay at Grand Mansion 1903 during our Harbin trip far exceeded our expectations, offering an immersive experience of a century-old Russian-style residence. The hotel is a historic building, originally built in 1903, and is located in the heart of Central Street. Its prime location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly convenient and saving us the hassle of commuting.
Stepping into the lobby, we were greeted by gilded domes, opulent crystal chandeliers, vintage oil paintings, and antique furnishings, creating an instantly captivating atmosphere. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience.
The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment.
Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.
