Gostei muito das acomodações pessoal muito atencioso restaurante também muito bom café da manhã enfim show parabéns

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção como no restaurante, que aliás oferece comida de muita qualidade. Quarto amplio, espaçoso, confortável e com belas vistas. Andar silencioso e com elevador muito acessível. O melhor local para uma estadia agradável na belíssima cidade de Vitória. Voltarei em breve

Het hotel is een ware luxe! De kamers zijn uiterst comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden vooraf een uitzicht op de Derde Brug aangevraagd, maar helaas werd dit verzoek niet ingewilligd – het zou een onderscheidende factor zijn geweest die de ervaring verder had verbeterd. Het ontbijt is onberispelijk: veel opties, alles erg lekker, en een hoogtepunt is de omelet die à la carte wordt bereid. Wat betreft de lunch en het diner vonden we het eten lekker, maar het à-la-cartemenu zou meer variatie mogen hebben. Een ander punt dat verbeterd zou kunnen worden, is de service van de valetparkingmedewerkers, die beleefder met gasten om zouden kunnen gaan. Al met al was het een fantastisch verblijf en we zouden zeker terugkomen, vooral als deze kleine puntjes verbeterd zouden worden.

O quarto superou minhas expectativas: espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e muito aconchegante. A disposição dos ambientes é inteligente, com áreas separadas para descanso e trabalho. As roupas de cama eram macias, e a limpeza diária foi irrepreensível. A atmosfera acolhedor, aliada ao silêncio do hotel, tornou minha estadia muito agradável.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

O hotel continua excelente na totalidade, já é a segunda estadia minha neste hotel. O que foi inaceitável e causou um grande constrangimento foi a TRIP.COM não enviar os dados corretos da minha reserva e o pagamento antecipado exigido no Site de reservas da TRIP.COM ao Hotel, durante o atendimento a atendente me cobrou o valor referente a estadia e mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes a mim enviados pelo site, não encontrou minha reserva feita pela TRIP.COM e sim uma reserva no BOOK.COM e que a mesma não estava paga, esclarecendo que o pagamento era feito no ato, ao final do check-in. As atendentes, diante do exposto e vendo minha insatisfação, se prontificarão a solucionar o problema, nos tranquilizando e com muita urbanidade nos permitiram o acesso ao quarto que constava na minha reserva normalmente.

Foi muito top a nossa estadia no Serra Negra, atendimento super top, Pedro é nota 10, local muito limpo, ambiente agradável, café da manha muito bom e etc.., já estamos nos organizando para voltar o mais breve e estaremos indicando aos amigos tb. Obg pela total dedicação a nós!
