Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut!
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher.
Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen.
Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

Единственные замечания - это:
1. При заезде на 2 человек была только одна бесплатная бутылка воды 0.5. На второй день и ее не положили. При такой цене отеля и отсутствия магазинов в шаговой доступности - очень странный подход.
2. Не было геля для душа. Шампунь, кондиционер, даже лосьон для тела были, а геля - нет. Тоже очень странно.

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning.
The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality.
Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Hotel ligt prachtig langs een rivier, zwembad met prachtig uitzicht.
Ontbijt gewoon goed, avondeten niet bijzonder en aan dure kant.
Neem een taxi en ga naar centrum daar zijn veel leuke goede restaurants.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

Profiteer zoveel mogelijk van recreatieve voorzieningen, met onder meer een buitenzwembad en fietsenverhuur. Enkele voorzieningen van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, conciërgeservices en gratis gebruik van het fitnesscentrum in de buurt.
Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn een 24-uurs receptie, meertalig personeel en een kluis bij de receptie. Ter plaatse heb je gratis parkeerplaatsen.
Doe of je thuis bent in één van de 10 kamers met een koelkast en een lcd-televisie. Dankzij gratis wifi blijf je online, terwijl de tv met kabelzenders zorgt voor het kijkplezier. Badkamers beschikken over een bad/douchecombinatie, gratis toiletartikelen en bidets. Bij de voorzieningen horen een telefoon, net zoals een kluis en een zitruimte.

De kamer was ruim, vooral het bed, dat enorm en erg schoon was – best goed voor Argentinië. De luchthavenbus rijdt er rechtstreeks naartoe. Sla rechtsaf en ongeveer 200 meter verderop vindt u de schilderachtige plek ”Drie Koninkrijken in één oogopslag”. Dit is tevens het vertrekpunt voor de bus naar de watervallen van Iguazú. Een enkeltje naar de watervallen kost 3.000 lokale valuta, 3.300 naar de luchthaven (5.900 retour) en een taxi kost 12.000. De toegangsprijs voor de watervallen van Iguazú is 20.000 lokale valuta (ongeveer $ 20). Het taxi- en REMIS-centrum van het hotel regelt autoverhuur en tours, en de service was uitstekend. De uitchecktijd van het hotel is 10:00 uur, maar omdat we een late vlucht hadden, vroeg de receptiemanager toestemming om onze uitchecktijd te verlengen tot 12:00 uur.

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious !
We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish.
Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy
Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic
and leans toward cold/luke warm
People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

XXiongmaoshushuThis is a very cost-effective hotel. Iguazu is a very small town, so don't expect too much from the hotel, but it is definitely worth the price. Local transportation relies on taxis and buses, and there is a taxi point at the door of the hotel, which is convenient.

GGuest UserStaff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!
