4-Starhotels in Rhode Island, United States

"The location of the hotel is almost perfect, except for one big problem: it is very noisy in the room (5th floor) even though all windows are closed. Seems they need triple-pane window for noise isolation."

"The restaurant has beautiful views and they have a flavour-added water machine. The bed is comfortable. But staff arranged us a very far room which takes more than 3 mins walk to get to the room."

"I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property. The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence"

"I was not able to sleep last night due to the loud noise from outside vehicles and the room beside us. They've been flushing the toilet every hour, and doors from other rooms keep banging. The room does not have any sort of soundproofing or sound-reducing capabilities. Other than that, it was okay."

"位於羅德島首府的洲際酒店系列，硬件設施齊備完善，公共場所和房間空間設計都十分大氣時尚，早餐套餐選擇，製作精緻可口大讚👍🏻，停車方便。"

"De kamer is ruime en heldere, en het is zeer waard om een comfortabel hotel aan te bevelen. Het hotel heeft ook een speciale bus naar de kust, geschikt voor vakantie"
