Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Hotel is very close to city centre, comes with sauna, small gym and a rooftop pool/bar. Hotel also offers free parking. Room is very comfortable. Only bone I can pick is the shower cubicle being too small for comfort as it’s in a rectangular shape.

Wir waren für einen Tag in Evora und wurden sehr angenehm begrüßt. Der Hotelier hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut und freundlich erklärt und die wichtigsten Punkte auf einer Karte für uns markiert. Das Zimmer war gut und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett eventuell etwas zu weich und das Zimmer leicht hellhörig aber alles in allem wirklich klasse ! Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

O estacionamento não tinha nenhuma referência na marcação e só na chegada é que informaram que era por ordem de chegada. No WC instalaram uma prateleira de vidro sobre o lavatório ( de dimensões reduzidas) o que torna muito dificil alguns atos de higiene, nomeadamente lavar o rosto. O serviço de pequeno almoço era bom e com boa oferta mas tinha alguns tipos de produtos já com alguns dias, nomeadamente o pão de mistura com sementes.

Ótimas instalações e um atendimento muito personalizado. Os quartos muito bonitos e as camas bastante confortáveis. Adorámos o pequeno-almoço e a experiência em geral. Foi pouco tempo mas valeu a pena!

Hotel ligt net buiten de oude stadsmuren zodat de oude stad met gemak per voet te verkennen is. Er is een ondergronds garage waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. faciliteiten zijn goed en het ontbijt is redelijk, maar enigszins beperkt door weinig personeel. Het belangrijkste pluspunt vonden wij is het personeel - een team van aardige en zeer behulpzame jonge mensen. Op wat wij ook vroegen werd meteen en positief gereageerd. Al met al een uitstekende startpunt om Evora en de omgeving te verkennen.

Het hotel was geweldig en was de meest aangename herinnering van de hele reis. De inrichting is eenvoudig en stijlvol, de faciliteiten zijn goed en de kamer is ruim en comfortabel. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het diner zijn superlekker en overheerlijk, overtreffen de viersterrennormen en zijn niet duur, met een zeer hoge kosteneffectiviteit. Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Tudo impecável exceptuando dificuldade na climatização do quarto . De resto recomendo!!
