Borg moeten betalen. Bij uitchecken op de pas teruggestort. Na 3 dagen nog niet op de rekening. Ik hou er zo niet van om er dan nog aan te moeten denken om te controleren of het wel werkelijk teruggestort is.
Vakantie van een paar dagen. Als je dat bij elk hotel moet bijhouden…

Absoluut fantastisch! De kamer was geweldig, de omgeving was prachtig en ik raad ten zeerste aan om fietsen te huren om langs de rivier te rijden! Het is zo mooi! Rustig en vredig. De keuze bij het hotelontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid, maar de koffie in de bar aan de rivier was uitstekend; je kunt er makkelijk een middag doorbrengen met alleen een kop koffie en een dessert! Het hotel zelf heeft een grote binnenplaats met weelderige begroeiing. Blijf zeker nog een paar dagen langer; het uitzicht op de rivier is werkelijk prachtig!

Het hotel ligt erg ver van het centrum van Rotterdam
Met de bus duurt het ongeveer een half uur
Er is slechts één bushalte in de buurt en er kunnen één of twee bussen de stad uit rijden.
Het wordt aanbevolen om in dit hotel te verblijven als u met de auto reist
Als u niet met de auto reist, kunt u een hotel in de buurt van de stad kiezen.
Maar het landschap van het hotel is erg mooi

De hotelomgeving kan een bungalow van één verdieping zijn. Er zijn gratis parkeerplaatsen voor en achter het hotel. Het nadeel is dat de twee geboekte standaardkamers 135*2 meter groot zijn. Het bed wordt tegen de muur geplaatst. Het is een beetje lastig. De kamer is erg klein. Voor de rest is alles goed en het ontbijt is erg goed. uitgebreid.

Zeer goed gelegen, want het ligt in het winkelcentrum en is verbonden met het centraal station. Het gebouw en de kamers hebben een modern design. De kamer is ruim. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, maar er is niet heel veel keus. Om nog kritischer te zijn: er zitten vlekken op de muur en op het beddengoed in mijn kamer.

Zowel ontbijt, lunch als diner waren écht top! Compliment voor de koks! De bediening was daarbij attent, rustig (en op gepaste afstand) maar had ook aandacht voor de gast.
De kamer was perfect wat betreft ligging en super schoon. De waterkoker met koffie, thee is erg gewaardeerd.
We hebben de t****e dag een e-bike gehuurd. Heerlijk in de omgeving gefietst. Veel mogelijkheden. Fietsroutes waren in het hotel beschikbaar.
Tip voor het hotel: Wat meer aanwijzingen (dan alleen fietssleutel, accu en sleutel van de schuur meegeven door receptie) is wenselijk. Zeker als je voor het eerst een e-bike gebruikt.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.

GGuest UserAn ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!

TT.HeiRoom is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure. In general, the stay is a good experience.

KKarlosHuskI stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

Hotel beetje raar gelegen midden in industrie terrein, maar daardoor wel heel snel en eenvoudig te bereiken vanaf de A2.
Voldoende (elektrische) fietsen om van gebruik te maken, Vinkeveensche en Loodrechtse plassen snel te bereiken.
Hotel schoon en helemaal up to date. Komen hier vaker en zullen dat zeker blijven doen.

GGuest UserThe apartment hotel is useful for independent travelers. The rooms have both bedroom and a well equipped kitchen if you choose to shop and prepare your own food.
The bathrooms are on the small side, but functional.
The rooms are serviced only every four days, so make sure you dry your towels
Facilities at the hotel include a bar restaurant, but this was often taken over by local events and parties - without any notice. There are not so many restaurants in easy reach of here.
Overall, it’s a great base and although 4km from the city, there are very frequent direct buses and taxis

GGuest UserThe hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.
