4-Starhotels in Chiba Prefecture, Japan

"The hotel just opened in June, so it was very clean. The station is right in front, and there's an outlet mall nearby, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: There were about 30 people waiting to check in at 3 PM, so I had to wait quite a while. Parking costs 2,500 yen. There's no staff constantly present for the tower parking, which makes it time-consuming to get your car in and out. There were no tissues in the changing room of the public bath, which is something I really hope they'll install. I wanted to wipe hair and wet tables. There were also very few trash cans; just one small one around the table area. On the positive side, the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower heads were all from Refa. I went to the public bath at 4 PM. The sauna is big enough for about 4 people and was 86°C. I thought I was the first one in the sauna, but I was surprised to see a lot of hair on the floor inside. I also went to the public bath at night, and the drain at the back was clogged, causing dirty water to overflow. I called the front desk to report it but couldn't get through for a while. When I finally did, they said they understood, and I waited for some time, but no one came. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they said the cleaning company is a separate entity, so they don't have good coordination. I really hope they can improve on the cleanliness. The cost performance is excellent, so I hope these improvements can be made. The lighting in the 14th-floor lounge was too bright, so I wish they would make it a more relaxing brightness."

"Locatie: Geweldig, vlakbij station Kashiwanoha-Campus en winkelcentrum Lalaport. De omgeving was rustig en dichtbij vele voorzieningen. Parkeren: Het hotel biedt gesubsidieerde parkeertarieven van JPY 1.000 in een nabijgelegen parkeergarage, maar het afzetpunt (voor grote bagage) is moeilijk te vinden. Service: Geweldig en professioneel Hotelvoorzieningen: Geweldig, niets om over te klagen, want er is een warme sauna, fitnessruimte en wasserette. Netheid van de kamer: Dit was teleurstellend, want er hing een sterke ammoniakgeur (plas) bij binnenkomst. Ondanks dat het hotelpersoneel de kamer vriendelijk had verschoond, had de andere kamer een lichte ammoniakgeur die ”verwijderd” / verspreid zou worden als je de airconditioning en het luchtfilter aanzette. Ik hoop dat het hotel dit probeert te verhelpen, want dit was de enige teleurstellende factor."
