Excellent séjour, parfait pour DisneySea Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec DisneySea, et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les parcs. L’hôtel est récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. Les navettes pour la gare, Disneyland et DisneySea sont très pratiques et facilitent vraiment le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse pour le Japon, confortable, parfaitement propre et comme neuve. Le convenience store au rez-de-chaussée est aussi un vrai plus. Le personnel à la réception était très agréable, avec notamment une employée parlant très bien anglais qui nous a beaucoup aidés. Très bon rapport qualité-prix au final. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour à Tokyo Disney.

Het was schoon, had een geweldig uitzicht, de koelkast was groot en koelde goed, het was goed geventileerd, dus de lucht was fris, en er stonden drie stoelen, dus het was erg handig! Er waren verschillende buurtwinkels in de buurt, een groot park in de buurt, en het was ongeveer 8 minuten lopen naar de Makuhari Messe. Ik verbleef hier na een concert, dus het was erg handig en ik had een zeer comfortabel verblijf. Ik zal er zeker weer verblijven.

Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient. Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious. Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town. Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance.

De kamer was schoon. Er is een bus vanaf de luchthaven Narita. Ongeveer eens in de 30 minuten. Er rijden ook bussen naar Narita Station en Aeon Mall Narita. Houd er rekening mee dat de bustijden en bushaltes vanaf februari 2024 zijn gewijzigd. Toen de bus bij het hotel aankwam, kon de persoon bij de receptie ons goed begeleiden. Er is een FamilyMart in het hotel, dus ik vind het leuk dat je zelfs nadat het restaurant open is eten kunt kopen. Als ik de kans heb, zou ik er graag opnieuw gebruik van willen maken.

The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.

Over het algemeen vind ik het heel goed. Over de service valt echt niets te zeggen. Over de dozen hoef je je helemaal geen zorgen te maken. We namen een taxi van Narita naar de ingang van het hotel. De dozen werden voor ons allemaal verplaatst onderweg, en dan voor ons op de kamer gebracht, De kamer is nog steeds erg groot, en de algehele voorzieningen zijn ook erg compleet, maar er zijn te weinig lampen, er is maar één stopcontact aan het hoofdeinde van het bed, en er is geen gloeilamp. Het is niet erg handig om goed te maken. Ik weet niet of het zal worden verbeterd

Locatie: Geweldig, vlakbij station Kashiwanoha-Campus en winkelcentrum Lalaport. De omgeving was rustig en dichtbij vele voorzieningen. Parkeren: Het hotel biedt gesubsidieerde parkeertarieven van JPY 1.000 in een nabijgelegen parkeergarage, maar het afzetpunt (voor grote bagage) is moeilijk te vinden. Service: Geweldig en professioneel Hotelvoorzieningen: Geweldig, niets om over te klagen, want er is een warme sauna, fitnessruimte en wasserette. Netheid van de kamer: Dit was teleurstellend, want er hing een sterke ammoniakgeur (plas) bij binnenkomst. Ondanks dat het hotelpersoneel de kamer vriendelijk had verschoond, had de andere kamer een lichte ammoniakgeur die ”verwijderd” / verspreid zou worden als je de airconditioning en het luchtfilter aanzette. Ik hoop dat het hotel dit probeert te verhelpen, want dit was de enige teleurstellende factor.

Service crew are helpful, good that the hotel sells disney goods. Breakfast was decent as well with great selections. Location is ok, given that there are free shuttle to disneyland but not disneysea..

Comfortable stay with my children. Great location and very close to monorail.
