4-Starhotels in Warwickshire, United Kingdom

"Lovely friendly hotel, room was a good size, warm, they accommodate pets which was why we chose it, free tea and coffee all day, buffet breakfast was a highlight, very much recommend! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nice area, hallway carpets could use a refresh, there is no gym room as advertised as it recently closed, overall excellent place to stay"

"Delightful hotel, with kind attentive staff. For us it was a bit of a surprise as we were just looking for a stop off on a long journey. We’ll definitely return."

"Fantastic hotel rooms were great lovely size. Couldn't have wished for a better location within walking distance to centre of Stratford upon Avon close to all theatres would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family"

"Gorgeous hotel with perfect staff. Busy restaurant and bar. The pool changing rooms need an upgrade but otherwise would stay again."

"Nice helpful staff. Game room was great but poor quality broken bats and equipment were provided.Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Really nice for families.Lots of free parking. Great breakfast."

"號稱28平方的房間，但給我一間最多16平方的房間，被套沒有套平整，一塊毛巾皺皺巴巴的搭在浴缸邊，提供的東西也很劣質。整個建築除了外殼，裏面看不到多少歷史痕跡。沒有大堂，進門狹窄空間放一個桌子辦入住手續。然後就直接上樓梯。性價比太低。"

"Such a beautiful hotel, worth the stay"

"Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again."

"A great and elegant B&B/Gastro Pub in a historical town. Quiet and comfortable. -breakfast was lacking somewhat (the continental part was very basic). Staff were very friendly and attentive."

"Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!"
