Prachtig uitzicht op Chanchun Railway Station vanuit mijn raam. Een deel van mijn treinreis was stilgelegd vanwege zware stormen. Erg handig op loopafstand van het station. Lokale eetstalletjes en restaurants op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel. Geef aan of u een rookvrije kamer wilt, want sommige kamers kunnen een oude sigarettengeur hebben.

The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water.

Ik had een vreselijke ervaring bij Atour X Changchun Station: het duurde een uur om het hotel te vinden en de kamer was om 17:00 uur nog niet klaar, omdat ze hun leden tussen 15:00 en 18:00 uur lieten uitchecken. We gingen uit eten en kwamen 40 minuten later terug om in te checken, maar kregen te horen dat ze GEEN buitenlanders konden accepteren. Ze annuleerden onze kamerboeking en zeiden dat ik een ander hotel moest zoeken. Ik heb meteen met het personeel van Trip.com gechat voor hulp. Binnen 5 minuten veranderde ze mijn boeking naar Yatai hotel :) we waren blij dat we in Yatai verbleven 👍

The hotel was strategically located near the attractions (10-20 minutes drive). The price is affordable too. The room was clean and tidy and bedding was comfortable. The hotel facilities are new and smart controlled. The breakfast was great with varieties of food. The service attitude of the front desk staff was good.

De servicegerichtheid is erg goed en ik ben zeer tevreden. Het hotel is sfeervol, comfortabel en kostenbesparend. Het ontbijt is bijzonder heerlijk. De bestelde afhaalrestaurants worden allemaal bezorgd door robots. Het is hightech en er zijn veel winkelcentra in de buurt Het is echt kosteneffectief. Ik zal deze plek kiezen als ik in de toekomst naar Jilin kom. Echt een aanrader. waard.

Het hotel ligt een beetje ver van station Changchun, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen, maar het is de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. Er zijn eigenlijk bussen vanaf station Changchun, maar ik heb die niet genomen. De kamer en het toilet in de kamer zijn schoon. De waterdruk is goed om een goede douche te hebben! Het personeel in het hotel is vriendelijk, vooral de 大姐 die het ontbijt serveren! Je ziet altijd de glimlach op hun gezicht! Het ontbijt in het hotel is ook heerlijk! Over het algemeen is dit een fijn hotel om te verblijven! Je zult er nooit spijt van krijgen om hier te verblijven. De prijs is betaalbaar en hun service is goed. Oh ja, niet te vergeten! Er is een wasmachine en droger hier in het hotel en het is gratis! 😀

This time I came to Changbai Mountain to play, it was really wise to choose Qingstop Hotel! The single-family villa is very comfortable and the privacy is very good. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the details were taken care of very carefully. The most pleasant surprise is the minibar in the room, drinks and beer are all free, too real. Breakfast must be tried, the taste and taste are online, and the food is particularly satisfying. The staff are very kind and have questions to ask them to help. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is especially relaxing to walk in your leisure time. The overall stay is particularly comfortable, I will stay here next time, and I really recommend it to everyone!

We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately!
Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local.
Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China.
Will definitely come back again!

They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The guest room manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending various attractions and even telling us about a nearby farmers' market. After breakfast, we walked over and the morning market was still in full swing. We ended up buying 1,000 yuan worth of wild mushrooms and large blueberries, which was about a fifth of the price we'd pay in our city's morning market. The ginseng selection was astounding.

This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot.
Room Rescue
Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next.
Comfort Food = Home
Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed.
Care Beyond the Call
Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking.
Menu Meltdown & A Win
At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned.
City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church
Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace.
Logistics That Worked
Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring.
Breakfast & The Fine Print
Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in.
Verdict
Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. It really does take one good sheep—thank you, Mr Hong—to dim the rest of the flaws.

MM9955****Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserBooking this B&B was the best decision of our trip! The room design is incredibly stylish, with the wooden decor perfectly executed. The small courtyard outside the window was particularly beautiful after a light snowfall, with a dusting of snow on the table. The room was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The location was also very convenient. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful, providing full guidance from before check-in right through to check-out. The entire experience was fantastic, like being welcomed by an old friend. She even specially prepared a gift, which was a lovely touch!

The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. AAllxtThis hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here.
My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing!
We'll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children).
We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone.
We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed.
Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days.
But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain.
And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station and the north slope of Changbai Mountain. This was the most comfortable stay I've had on my Changbai Mountain trip. I'll definitely choose this Mercure again next time I visit Erdaobaihe. I genuinely recommend it to all friends visiting Changbai Mountain!

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to Northeast Normal University, and right by the subway exit. The staff were very welcoming and even helped me print documents for free. The room was quiet, which was great since I was there for an exam. It's also very close to Guilin Road, so food, drinks, and entertainment are all easily accessible. Overall, a great stay!

SSunflower917Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
