Yanbian University's Popular Wall in Yanji, Atour Hotel

This hotel is so high tech. You can command an AI machine to assist on things like switching off the light, TV, on the music etc inside your room. The location is within the famous red wall university. I love their pillow n bed. It makes my sleep better. I also love their shower system. The water power was strong, if U got body pain due to shopping and walking too much, U can use them as 'massage'. It also easily allows us to adjust the water temperature we want. I highly recommend this hotel. .

We ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didn’t help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didn’t approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didn’t intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Atour Hotel in Yanji and will definitely book it again! The location is perfect, being just an 8-minute walk to the Yanbian University Popular Wall and a convenient 12-minute drive from the train station. The room was spotlessly clean, and my children loved playing with the Xiaodu (小度) smart assistant in the room. On top of the clean rooms, Atour delivered their trademark consistent service and even sent us off with a thoughtful farewell gift at checkout. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is excellent, just a few hundred meters away from the famous 网红 wall, where you can easily find food nearby. The room was big and nice. Service was prompt.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Yanbian University’s Popular Wall, making it a great base for exploring the area. The property was clean and featured modern, voice-controlled appliances, which added a nice touch of convenience. However, the room was noticeably warm, as the air conditioning did not provide cool air. Additionally, the room felt smaller than what was depicted in the online photos, which was a bit disappointing. While the hotel offers five washers and five dryers, they were constantly occupied during our stay. It was frustrating to see some guests monopolizing multiple machines—separating loads by tops, bottoms, and even colors—making it difficult for others to do laundry in a timely manner.

酒店位置很好，很智能，可以短途步行去到延吉市的各個景點。前台每位工作人員服務很好，房間衞生乾淨，物品齊全，設備很新，很滿意！周圍是各個網紅美食，逛吃非常的方便，比如過馬路就是大歎號。酒店配套設施很人性化，會是以後出門的首選

신축건물이라서 엄청 깨끗하고 로비도 훌륭하고 객실상태도 매우 좋습니다 무엇보다 많은 맛집, 연변대학, 공항, 시장이랑 가까워서 넘사벽입니다. 다음에 연길에 또 여행오면 갈거억요
