Nogmaals, de geografische ligging is prima en het winkelen rondom is handig. De kamers zijn zeer geschikt voor het maken van schoonmaak, het toevoegen van bedden en de opening van de nachtbeddenservice, de houding is ook goed; de receptieservice is goed, de hal biedt gratis koffie. Het is niet voldoende om deze keer de winkel te verkopen en te hopen dat het beter zal zijn om later te blijven.

前台接待的小妹妹很Nice，説話不快不慢，聽起來很舒服，辦理入住也很快。入住當天一樓酒吧在辦派對，很熱鬧，酒店就在河邊，坐在椅子上發會呆也很不錯。 酒店距South station 也衹有500米左右，從機場坐免費大巴到南站，從南站坐高鐵都很方便。 下次來波士頓還會選擇洲際。

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

臨時決定來波士頓三天，不想租車，所以要考慮地點位置非常好的酒店。當時參考了朗庭，東方文華，還有機場門口的希爾頓。最後選擇了朗庭因為東方文華客滿了。 服務：晚上10點到酒店，服務生接過行李，入住辦理順利，前台非常友好。 衞生：五星級酒店的乾淨衞生，餐廳也都很乾凈。 環境：地理位置是商業區，會有很多出差人事，白天也會有很多人進出酒店。 設施：健身房，泳池都在室內，還有窗户，很明亮。 第一天早上在酒店的Grana吃早飯，質量很好。酒店的酒水也都調製的很驚艷，可是後來的晚飯和Room Service就差了很多。很可能因為酒店這周異常的繁忙，後廚忙不過來。我把不滿在離店的時候告訴前台， 她們很積極的處理了問題。

MMin761220The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and parks. The room is clean and tidy. There are large windows that can be opened for ventilation. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a little poor. You can hear the people in the next room on the conference call in the early morning. You can bring earplugs to avoid this problem.

WWeilaiTonyThe InterContinental Boston has a great location; it's within easy walking distance of Chinatown, the Financial District, and Boston's South Station. The receptionist, Lily, was very friendly. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it had most of the essential American breakfast items. The problem was that when you needed to call for water, toiletries, bathrobes, etc., they couldn't provide slippers due to insufficient stock.

GGuest UserThe whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished.

KKangle001Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.

MMoomoominI decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location. I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the waiter took my luggage, and the check-in was smooth. The front desk was very friendly. Hygiene: It was clean and hygienic like a five-star hotel, and the restaurant was also very clean. Environment: The location is in the commercial district, there will be many people on business trips, and there will be many people in and out of the hotel during the day. Facilities: The gym and swimming pool are both indoors, with windows, and very bright. I had breakfast at Grana in the hotel on the first morning, and the quality was very good. The hotel's drinks were also amazing, but the dinner and room service later were much worse. It is probably because the hotel was unusually busy this week and the kitchen was overwhelmed. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction when I left the hotel, and they handled the problem very actively.
