There was an unknown $200 fee that trip.com is not aware of that the hotel calls a ”resort fee”. This makes a good rate for staying in downtown Chicago very expensive. On the part of the hotel and possibly trip.com, this is deceptive. This fee is not published and there is no real alternative to paying it. We've stayed many times at this hotel for convenience to our convention which is held across the river. In mid-January, this has been a great choice.

Restaurant food and service are good. Walking distance to City Hall, loop station, lakeside, shopping areas.

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc. Location was fab.

房間面積在國外不算小 距離密歇根大街很近 下樓不遠處就可以逛街 和千禧公園 博物館也都不遠 住了兩天感覺很不錯 服務也很nice 總體滿意推薦

位置不錯，服務一般，1 1樓日料可以嘗試。在芝加哥這個位置去到哪裡都會很方便，湖邊、購物、吃飯都比較近。

酒店服務很好，給我們免費升級了房間正對Michigan ave。聖誕節很多經典關門，front desk和consultant很認真的幫我們尋找可以去的地方

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is fantastic, and our suite (702) was exceptional—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. 衞生和環境很好！離密歇根大道很近，離海軍碼頭也很近！坐在房間可以觀看每週三和週六的煙火表演！缺點一酒店的早餐味道不是很好吃，二是房間空調的風聲太大，影響晚間休息

De faciliteiten zijn eersteklas, de openbare veiligheid is goed en de stroombelasting van het nieuw gebouwde hotel is goed. De dag ervoor had een hotel ernaast met dezelfde prijs een onstabiele spanning toen er een föhn werd aangesloten. De prijs is honderden yuan duurder dan in hetzelfde vijfsterrenhotel. De kamer is veel groter en is uitgerust met een magnetron, inductiekookplaat en oven. Als ik nog eens naar Chicago kom, stem ik op Trump.
