JW Marriott Chicago

Experiencing JW Marriott hotels in different cities around the world has become one of the most enjoyable parts of our travels. This visit to Chicago was particularly special because we were traveling together as a family. As it was our first time in Chicago, we truly appreciated the warm welcome and the interesting introduction to the city’s history and character during check-in. It gave us a wonderful first impression of Chicago. We were especially touched by the kindness of Jared and the JW Marriott Chicago team. They thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy Giordano’s famous Chicago deep-dish pizza, and the handwritten note in Korean was such a warm and unexpected gesture. These small details made our family feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was comfortable, the service was wonderful, and the location was excellent. Many of Chicago’s museums, galleries, exhibitions, the lake, and other attractions were within easy walking distance, making the hotel a very convenient choice for exploring the city. Most of all, we are grateful that the JW Marriott Chicago team helped make our first family trip to Chicago even more memorable. Our sincere thanks to Jared and the entire JW Marriott Chicago team for the thoughtful hospitality and wonderful memories. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family and hope to return again someday.

The toilet seat had stains Had to call three times After he last time, it was fixed and an email explaining the problem

* Location: Great location in downtown Chicago and close to the Board of Trade building and the public transportation * Room: The room was spacious, but there’s no openable window that faces outside. The cleanliness is okay. Even though I found some lint in the bathtub. * Extra fee: Also, note the $30 nightly destination fee, which may not be clearly advertised.

Location is great, very close to views and museums. Being close to restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was exactly as expected. We would gladly stay here again.

very well maintain hotel, spacious, location is great. The reception is very helpful. We would stay again.

This place was excellent, however I did have an issue with the bar. The overall stay was great, the rooms were very spacious and the bath TUB was BIG.

“Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the amenities were well maintained. One thing to note is a $30 daily fee that is charged whether you use the included services or not.”

Great hotel with excellent facilities especially at the gym
