A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

This hotel offers a variety of comfort and coziness from its well designed rooms and the outside areas of the hotel. The food is also great; lots of choices and quality famous dishes! Keep up the good work~

Het hotel is erg goed, met ondergrondse parkeerplaatsen en een geweldige locatie. Het ligt dicht bij de kust en de oude medina, en is te voet bereikbaar. Het ontbijt is ook erg goed, de kamer is ruim genoeg, de faciliteiten zijn bevredigend en de lobby is erg ruim en voelt erg comfortabel aan bij binnenkomst. Kortom, een goede recensie.

Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand en de zee, de omgeving is prachtig, het eten in het restaurant is heerlijk, maar er zijn te veel mensen bij het ontbijtbuffet en de service is niet erg punctueel. De algehele prijs/prestatieverhouding is goed, maar reserveren is vereist en het is altijd vol

Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

I have stayed at Green Park 3 times. The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying . Staff are pleasant and couteous . The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is. My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park .

OK hotel, maar het verdient geen 5 sterren, ik was teleurgesteld over mijn ervaring… Negatieve punten: Klein probleem bij de ingang: geen babybedje op de kamer niet conform de reservering! Koelkastgeluid in de slaapkamer waardoor u niet kunt slapen Bouwwerkzaamheden aan de tuinzijde…! Goede punten zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Stevig ontbijt Goed beveiligd en goed gelegen
